BackgroundThis paper has looked up a large number of reports about CPHD almost six years. Reviewed its cause and mechanism of disease diagnosis based on overall analysis of patient's condition. Especially about micro and TCM Syndromes to establish solid theory basis of this article.ObjectivesRegression analysis apply logic to TCM syndrome and physical and rationalized indicators of the dependency, and norms, quantizing and objective of the two sides to every for chronic pulmonary heart disease and treatment provided an objective basis.MethodsExtracting 480 in-patients cases (80 cases every year) which accord with the diagnosis of chronic cor pulmonale from 03.1 to 08.12, Adopting by way of retrospective investigation, recording the patient's gender, age, occupation, disease cause season and syndrome differentiation, blood analysis, biochemical analysis, Sputum culture and so on, then explore the relationships between TCM syndromes and physical and chemical indexes using statistical methods (such as the Logistic regression analysis, t-test, chi-square analysis, etc).ResultThe survey found that patients in our hospital, countryside the incidence of significant higher than the rates of urban, smoking is important factors influencing for chronic cor pulmonale patients. In the inspection of Sputum bacteria to develop a positive of 22.1 percent, most of which is gram-negative bacilli. Card is located in hot blood, phlegm obstruct, accounting for 47.1%, deficiency of both Qi and Yin multi,32.9%; Phlegm Mongolia orifices type with Edema caused by deficiency of Yang the proportion is relatively small 8.0%, respectively,12.0%.On the WBC,NEU%,LYM% indicators:In hot blood, phlegm obstruct with Phlegm Mongolia orifices type, Edema caused by deficiency of Yang and deficiency of both Qi and Yin multi were obvious differences (P<0.01),A statistical significance. On the PH,HDL-C indicators:Phlegm Mongolia orifices type with In hot blood, phlegm obstruct, Edema caused by deficiency of Yang and deficiency of both Qi and Yin multi were differences (P<0.05), A statistical significance.ConclusionHot blood, phlegm obstruct often occur, the rise of WBC, NEU%, with the WBC rise the most obvious, accompanied by LYM% decline;Phlegm Monglolia orifices type with a PH value, HDL-C down, down by PO2; the generic often in the WBC reducing or in normal low value, Or not accompanied by a total of platelet reduce; deficiency of both Qi and Yin multi associated often occur, WBC in the normal and PO2 decline, and accompanied PCO2 by a rise.
