Background:In recent years, many scholars have conducted chronic bronchitis type of traditional Chinese medicine, chronic bronchitis syndromes that are the material basis of its objective, but not its syndromes associated with the physical and chemical factors to explore traditional Chinese medicine to make up the objective lack of differentiation, in addition to symptoms, signs and other clinical indications as a sub-type indicators, the establishment of classification standards of objective laboratory is necessary, so that the development of the disease process which reflects a certain stage in the nature of change, there are relatively independence, stability, making it a more modern type scientific basis, can be more accurate, more promotion. Objectives:Regression analysis apply logic to TCM syndrome and physical and rationalized indicators of the dependency, and norms, quantizing and objective of the two sides to every for Chronic bronchitis and treatment provided an objective basis. Methods:Extracting 480 in-patients cases (80 cases every year) which accord with the diagnosis of chronic cor pulmonale from 04.1 to 09.12, Adopting by way of retrospective investigation, recording the patient's gender, age, occupation, disease cause season and syndrome differentiation, blood analysis, biochemical analysis. Sputum culture and so on, then explore the relationships between TCM syndromes and physical and chemical indexes using statistical methods (such as the Logistic regression analysis, t-test, chi-square analysis, etc)Result:The survey found that patients in our hospital, countryside the incidence of significant higher than the rates of urban, smoking is important factors influencing for chronic cor pulmonale patients. In the inspection of Sputum bacteria to develop a positive of 22.5 percent, most of which is gram-negative bacilli. Card is located in hot blood, phlegm obstruct, accounting for 47.1%, Yin deficiency of lung and kidney,32.9%; Phlegm-dampness of the lung and pulmonary gas-weak the proportion is relatively small 7.9%, respectively, 12.1%.On the WBC,NEU%,LYM% indicators:In hot blood, phlegm obstruct with Yin deficiency of lung and kidney type, Phlegm-dampness of the lung and pulmonary gas-weak were obvious differences (P<0.01), A statistical significance. On the PH indicators:Phlegm-dampness of the lung type with In hot blood, phlegm obstruct, Yin deficiency of lung and kidney and pulmonary gas-weak were differences (P<0.05),A statistical significance. Conclusion:Hot blood, phlegm obstruct often occur, the rise of WBC, NEU%, with the WBC rise the most obvious, accompanied by LYM% decline; Phlegm-dampness of the lung type with a PH value, down by PO2; pulmonary gas-weak type often in the WBC reducing or in normal low value, Or not accompanied by a total of platelet reduce; Yin deficiency of lung and kidney associated often occur, WBC in the normal and P02 decline, and accompanied PC02 by a rise.
