Objective:To analyze the fatty liver hemangioma characteristics in conventional ultrasound; Quantitative analysis of the ultrasound imaging (CEUS) blood flow characteristics of fatty liver and hepatic hemangioma, to explore relevant causes and provide help for evaluation of fatty liver hemangioma.Methods:112 cases by CT, MRI, follow-up or pathological confirmed hepatic hemangioma, in which the normal hepatic hemangioma 81, fat liver hemangioma 31, accepted conventional ultrasonography and contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination, using low-mechanical index contrast-enhanced ultrasound imaging technology and SonoVue ultrasound contrast agent. Use QontraXt quantitative analysis software to analysis.Respectively, in the liver parenchyma and the lesion region of interest were taken, apparatus automatic drawing time-intensity curves obtained from the gamma curve fitting parameters. Comparative analysis of two groups (1) the background liver parenchyma contrast arrival time, time to peak, peak intensity,as well as 25s,60s,120s contrast intensity. (2)hepatic hemangioma contrast arrival time, time to peak and peak intensity. (3) two-dimensional ultrasound of characteristics hemangioma.Results:1.Fatty liver hemangioma compared with the normal liver,low-echo (22/31 vs 21/81, P=0.000),ill-defined (20/31 vs 29/81, P=0.006),and posterior echo enhancement (15/31 vs 18/81, P=0.007) were more in conventional ultrasonography. 2. Fatty liver background compared with normal liver background, arrival time of contrast agent (ex-farm:18.721±4.849 vs 16.633±5.964, P=0.018; midfield: 23.791±7.538 vs 20.438±6.067,P=0.037; backcourt:38.064±7.786vs 30.721±9.509, P=0.011), time to peak (midfielder:51.346±8.033 vs 48.651±10.848,P=0.030; backcourt:60.675±7.734vs57.224±6.826,P=0.023)was late, and the peak intensity (ex-farm:28.365±9.371vs35.410±6.703,P=0.019;midfield:30.230±6.937 vs 36.387 ±9.713,P=0.015; backcourt:28.078±5.174 vs 33.164±4.712,P=0.020)was lower than normal liver.3.Fatty liver hemangioma compared with normal liver hemangioma, the cases of filling complete were less than those in normal liver (13/31 vs 53/81,P=0.024).Arrival time of contrast agent, time to peak, peak intensity had no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:1. Fatty liver hemangioma have certain characteristics in conventional ultrasound.2. Fatty liver perfusion effects are lower than normal liver in contrast-enhanced ultrasonography.3. Contrast-enhanced ultrasonography combining time-intensity curve parameters of quantitative analysis is more objective and accurate analysis of fatty liver hemodynamics characteristics.4. Contrast-enhanced ultrasonography greatly improves diagnosis of the hemangiomas in the fatty livers.
