Purpose:CEUS analysis of blood flow through the deletion of the uneven fat fatty liverperfusion hypoechoic lesion characteristics, to further explore the ultrasound imaging showedlesions, conventional ultrasound can not be characterized as a hypoechoic lesion in thenon-uniform fatty liver fat deletion region cause ultrasound doctors missed. For thenon-uniformity of fatty liver lesions can not be excluded in order to avoid delays in treatment,it is necessary to further characterize early ultrasound contrast examination.Method:March2012-March2014when I was selected hospital outpatient or inpatienttreatment routine examination of patients with fatty liver partial deletion prompt andconventional ultrasound diagnosis can not be given under ultrasound imagingultrasound-guided percutaneous liver biopsy. CEUS image analysis and imaging parametersmeasured using ultrasound contrast quantitative analysis software.Results:45cases of fatty liver fatty missing hypoechoic lesions,17lesions were locatedin the right anterior lobe of liver near the liver surface, two lesions in the right lobe of the liver, two lesions in the left lateral lobe of the liver edge of the lower segment. According needlebiopsy,30cases in45cases of fatty liver lesions in fat after missing three cases ultrasoundcontrast angiography in the diagnosis of metastatic carcinoma,2cases of primary liver cancer,2cases of bile duct carcinoma,2cases of focal nodular hyperplasia,11cases of hepatichemangioma,15pure fat missing. Routine ultrasound in45fatty liver fatty sparing lesionscorrectly diagnosed25types of lesions (55.6%), after CEUS correctly diagnosed42types oflesions (93.3%). The formation of fat around the tumor may be related to the missing area ofthe liver parenchyma lesions oppression and the tumor has extensive artery vein blood flowcaused by the front door area relative reduction related. Conclusion:CEUS can reflect the absence of non-uniform fat fatty liver perfusioncharacteristics, improve the ability of ultrasound diagnosis of fatty deletion region, when thefat is not identified as missing at whether hypoechoic tumors, in order to avoid delays intreatment as soon as possible subject to qualitative, timely CEUS.
