| Objective:This study investigated the correlation between the serum uric acid levels in patients with hypertension and the extent of coronary artery lesions, contributing to the overall control of cardiovascular disease risk factors, the most signifiancant reduction of coronary heart disease morbidity and mortality. Methods:A retrospective analysis.311cases of patients are because of "chest tightness, chest pain," concurrented coronary angiography (CAG) to have full information on cases of hypertensive patients. According to the level of blood pressure levels and serum uric acid (UA) were divided into six groups. Group 1 (10 cases):high blood pressure 1, UA<357μmol/L; group 2 (37 cases):Hypertension 1, UA≥357μmol/L; group 3 (48 cases):Hypertension 2, UA <357μmol/L; group 4 (108 cases):Hypertension 2, UA≥357μmol/L; group 5 (41 cases): Hypertension 3, UA<357μmol/L; group 6(67 cases):Hypertension 3, UA≥357μmol/L. Analyse the correlation between serum uric acid level and the extent of coronary artery lesions.Results:1. Multiple correlation analysis showed a positive correlation with the coronary integral factors UA (r= 0.018, p<0.001), BMI (r= 0.038, p<0.05), TC (r= 0.151, p<0.001), TG (r= 0.044, p<0.001), HDL-C was negatively associated with coronary points (r=-0.425, p<0.001). Multivariate regression analysis in correcting the effect of other factors, UA and coronary integral correlation still exists (r= 0.400, p<0.001).2. The number of one-vessel CAD in group 1 was significantly more than other group(40.0% vs32.4% vs22.9% vs13.0% vs12.1% vs6.0%, p<0.05); But three-vessel CAD in the group 6 was significantly the most (50.7% vs48.8% vs48.1% vs31.3% vs21.6% vs10%, p <0.05).3. The number of coronary arteries that had at least ninety percent narrowing in group 6 was significantly more other group(15.9% vs11.8% vs11.0% vs10.1% vs 8.7%vs 0%, P<0.05).4. Among all of the narrowing coronary arteries, the anterior descending coronary artery was the most frequently involved, followed by RCA, LCX, LM.5. The coronary score of group 6 was significantly higher than other group(7.67±2.744vs7.33±2.714vs6.38±2.203vs 5.15±3.245vs4.56±3.631vs2.20±2.781,P1.2, P2.3, P4.5<0.001, P3.4, P5.6<0.05).Conclusion:It is related to high blood pressure in patients with serum uric acid level and the incidence of coronary heart disease. With elevated blood pressure and uric acid, severity of coronary lesions is increased. |
