Objective: 1.To investigate the relationship between serum uric acid level and severity of coronary artery disease(Gensini score)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)complicated with acute coronary syndrome(ACS);2.To study the risk factors of T2 DM complicated with ACS,so as to provide theoretical basis for early prevention of ACS in patients with T2 DM.Methods: 1.From September 2017 to September 2020,326 patients with ACS and coronary angiography in the Department of cardiovascular medicine of Yongzhou Central Hospital,156 patients with T2 DM in the Department of metabolism and endocrinology, and 156 healthy people without ACS and T2 DM in the physical examination center were randomly selected.According to the results of blood glucose and coronary angiography, all patients were divided into T2 DM combined with ACS group(group A,n = 156),simple ACS group(group B,n = 170),simple T2 DM group(Group C,n = 156)and control group(Group D,n = 156);group A was divided into hyperuricemia group(group A1,n = 54)and normal uric acid group(group A2,n = 102)according to the level of uric acid.2.Collect the following data: gender, age, history of hypertension, smoking history, body mass index(BMI),blood pressure.Automatic biochemical analyzer detection: fasting plasma glucose(FPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1c),neutrophil(N),lymphocyte(L),platelet(PLT),low density lipoprotein(LDL),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein(HDL),uric acid(UA)and other biochemical indicators.According to the results of coronary angiography,Gensini score was calculated.3.SPSS 23.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results: 1.There was no significant difference in age and LDL among the four groups(P > 0.05);there was significant difference in gender, smoking history, hypertension history,BMI,FPG,TG,TC,HDL,PLR,NLR,UA and Gensini scores among the four groups(P < 0.05),which indicated that the above indexes of the four groups were not completely the same,so LSD method was used for further pairwise comparison After that, the smoking history, hypertension history,BMI,FPG,HDL,PLR,NLR and UA of group A and group B were different;the gender, hypertension history,PLR,NLR and UA of group A and group C were different;the gender, hypertension history,FPG,TG,TC,HDL,PLR,NLR and UA of group A and group D were different, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.There was no significant difference in gender, age, smoking history, hypertension history,BMI,FPG,TG,TC,HDL,LDL,PLR and Hb A1 c between group A1 and group A2(P > 0.05);NLR and Gensini scores of group A1 were higher than those of group A2(P < 0.05)3.Correlation analysis UA was positively correlated with Gensini score(r = 0.448,r = 0.413,P < 0.05).4.Logistic regression analysis showed that UA,hypertension and NLR were independent risk factors for T2 DM complicated with ACS(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.The level of UA in T2 DM patients with ACS is positively correlated with Gensini score.UA has a certain clinical value in predicting the risk of ACS and the degree of coronary artery disease in T2 DM patients.2.HUA is an independent risk factor for T2 DM complicated with ACS.
