Objective Through investigating the information of the investigated areas medical services from 1997-2006,to analyze the situation on the health care service provide and utilization, to evaluate the trends of rural women'health services utilization. Methods The survey include the prescriptions and registers of 55 village clinics,4 township hospitals and 3 county medical institutions in investigated four township areas, Investigated Agency information at the scene to collect and extract patients in prescriptions and registration information. Results (1) Women constitute general hospital illness than men, 25-35 year old the female and the male baby boom of the difference of the constituent ratios of doctor. (2) >65 and <15 years of age women are less than the doctor constitute men.(3) The Pilot CMS men have more opportunities for health services utilization, Girls'< 15 years of age are teenagers.(4) Respiratory diseases, digestive system diseases, female reproductive and breast disease, pregnancy childbirth and the puerperium, skin and subcutaneous tissue diseases, is located the top six of rural women disease constitute. (5) In high-age of rural women group the proportion of circulatory system diseases was on the rise. (6) The antibiotics, hormones in the body with the use of women's health service had a higher proportion, respectively 33% and 7%. There was an increase in the application of Traditional Chinese patent medicines. (7) The number of rural women delivering in the county hospitals is less than in the township hospitals in the 10 years. (8) Cesarean section rate increased year by year. Big babies and first babies were more likely to be delivered by Caesarean section. Conclusion The Pilot CMS affect women health services utilization of fairness. The Pilot CMS didn't affect the disease, the treatment and the delivery situation. Cesarean section rate related with regional economic level, macrosomia and parity.
