OBJECTIVE To study TDV(Three Dimension Variable)(potential variable J, resistor variable K,and capacitor variable L) electrical characteristics and specificities reflecting gastric cancer;accuracy and feasibility of clinical application on the newly developed ear electric information recognition system.METHODS The auricular point information recognition system was used on 30 stomach cancer patients,31 precancerous patients and 32 healthy people to obtain the three-dimensional electronic information at 6 auricular points(auricular esophagus,cardia,stomach,M1,M3),followed by statistics and analysis. J= Ea/ Eb, K= Rb/ Ra, L= Ca/ Cb. Ea, Ra and Ca are measured value between the auricular point"a"and reference point"C."Eb, Rb, and Cb are observed value between point"C"and reference point"b"(the other side of the wrist)[1][2].RESULTS There were differences in all the variants in three groups at allthe 6 points.TDV of auricular esophagus,cardia,stomach and M3 , M1(K,L)and liver(J,K)are widely different between gastric cancer cases and healthy persons;TDV of all auricular points are also widely different between cases of gastric cancer and gastric precancerous lesions; Stomach J,liver J,M1 J,M3 J,cardia K and M3 K are different between cases of gastric precancerous lesion and healthy persons.CONCLUSION he three variants at the auricular points can reflect stomach cancer specificity, and the newly-developed auricular point information recognition system can assist the diag nosis and treatment of stomach cancer.
