Study of normal infant brain developing has already more and more become to pay attention to research topic and have further progress in recent years. Its research value lies in controling normal infant brain growth characteristics, there are important meaning to the paroxysm diagnosis and the treatment, recently Study the image diagnosis method in normal infant brain develops mainly from Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI),Diffusion-Weighted Imaging (DWI),functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI) and Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy (MRS), MRS is an unique and don't hurt the method of quantitative analysis human body organ organization metabolism bio-chemical and compound, have already become diagnosis technique at the human body gradually, particularly in the central nervous system disease,currently proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy become research hot point, trere is definitely clinical meaning.This study measure opposite content and distribute characteristics of different metabolism of different dissection part of different age segment in 3 years old infant by mult-voxel Magnetic resonance spectroscopic imaging, calculation metabolizes the opposite value, evaluating normal infant brain growth characteristics and regulation from member level.Experimental object:240 cases 0-3 years old infants, these infants be divided into 8, each 30, examined by MRI and 1HMRS in The Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University between July 2008 and July 2009. Examine infants with MRI and 1HMRS by GE Signa 1.5T MRI scanner. Then analyze, diagnose and measure images in workstation ADW 4.2 by all kinds of reformation methods acquires 1HMRS curve and different metabolism thing and acalculate normal brain of different part of age segment NAA/Cho,NAA/Cr,Cho/Cr value.SPSS13.0 statistical packages on the measurement data for statistical analysis, using mean, standard deviation, single-factor analysis of variance; related analysis and Logistic regression analytical. "alpha equals to 0.05" was considered as statistically significant level.1 Double base stanza area and double thalamus's NAA/Cho,NAA/Cr,Cho/Cr, the factors of gender have no statistical difference (P>0.05)2 Double base stanza area and double thalamus the different each age of NAA/Cho,NAA/Cr,Cho/Cr have statistical difference(P= 0.000). mean comparison, Cho/Cr and NAA/Cho in 0-3 months,3-6 months and other grouds all have statistical difference (P<0.05), NAA/Cr in 0-3 months and other grouds all have statistical difference (P<0.05)3 Base stanza area equal part of each age and thalamus equal part of each age have no statistical difference (P>0.05), base stanza and thalamus the same specific value of same age segment have no statistical difference (P>0.05)4 Double base stanza area and double thalamus Cho/Cr and age become to take negative related, lower with the growth of age, NAA/Cho and NAA/Cr and age become just related, increase with the growth of age.1 Multi-voxel 1HMRS can measurese NAA/Cr,Cho/Cr,NAA/Cho opposite density value, make metabolize opposite specific value from, provide to make reference to standard for normal infant brain.2 Normal infant brain metabolize thing of opposite density specific value not same different dissection part of different age, there is no need to consider the factors of gender and position when using the normal value, while the factor of age should be considered,however.3 Multi-voxel 1HMRS is a kind of safety,noninvasive,save time and accurately evaluate normal infant brain growth of diagnosis method from the member level, there is particularly special superiority.
