| Objective:Observation the clinical syndromes of XueSaiTai on recovery stage of cerebral infarction (Fengtanyuzu Style)and its impact on hemorheology,blood lipids.Methods:60patients with recovery stage of cerebral infarction (Fengtanyuzu Style)were randomly divided into two groups,each group included 30 cases,the control group were treated to the conventional modern medicine treatment:Neurotrophic,anti-platelet;the treatment group were treated to XueSaiTai on the basis of conventional modern medicine treatment.Clinical curative effectand assaying items were observed after the course of treatment for 4 weeks.Results:After treatment,the TCM scores, neurological deficit scores of the two groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment (P<0.01);The scores in the treatment group better than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment,the blood rheology in the two groups have significantly improvements (P<0.01) compared with before;After the treatment, the low-shear whole blood viscosity,blood fibrinogen,the high-shear whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity of the treatment group have significant difference(P<0.01 orP<0.05) compared with the control group, the treatment group better than the control group; After treatment,the four items of the blood lipids in the two groups have significantly improvements (P<0.01) compared with before; After the treatment between the two groups,the reduction of TC,TG,LDL-C;the elevated of HDL-C in the treatment group have significant difference (P<0.01 orP<0.05) compared with the control group, the treatment group better than the control group.Conclusion:XueSaiTai have made affirmative effecttion on the recovery stage of cerebral infarction (Fengtanyuzu Style);It can reduce the neurological deficit scores,improve TCM symptoms and physical signs, can improve the blood rheology and the blood lipids;It has exactly effectivity and security, and good prospects for clinical application.
