The Clinical Observe On The Treatment Of Alopecia Areata With Shengfayin

In this paper , traditional Chinese medicine and modern medical knowledge and research on alopecia areata overview, while teachers sum up years of clinical experience and Sheng-Fa-Yin of the clinical research conducted alopecia areata.Objective: To observed clinical efficacy of Sheng-Fa-Yin treated alopecia areata , and explore the pathogenesis of alopecia areata and Sheng-Fa-Yin the treatment of this disease mechanism by 70 cases patients with clinical studies outpatients with alopecia areata.Methods: Case inclusion criteria found 70 cases of alopecia areata patients were randomly divided into treatment group 35 cases and control group 35 cases,the two groups in age,gender,disease duration and so on thus possessing comparability.The treatment group was given peroral administration of the Sheng-Fa-Yin; the control group,peroral administration of the Mei neng; two groups were made using applied externally trichogen liquid medicine by self-made, pyonex puncture. Observed two groups of symptoms and signs improve the situation, analyzed statistically.Results: After treatment, the treatment group (Sheng-Fa-Yin) on the total effective rate of alopecia areata was 91.50%; control group (Mei-Neng) the total effective rate was 71.40%. Statistical analysis of clinical efficacy of the two groups were significantly different (X2 = 4.63, P <0.05).Conclusion:1. Sheng-Fa-Yin treated alopecia areata significant rapid onset of efficacy and stability, no significant side effects during treatment.2. Sheng-Fa-Yin prescription for the treatment of alopecia areata and effective, its effect is better than the Mei-Neng.
