The Effects Of Bushenhuoxue Decoction On Alopecia Areata Is In Folliculosis And Capillary Vessel Of The Leather Shallow

[Objective] Treatment of alopecia areata Bushenhuoxue observation and its model of SD rats with lesions of alopecia areata at the telogen hair follicles and dermal capillaries of shallow.[Methods] 1. animal experiments (1):Preparation of SD rat model of telogen hair loss Alopecia areata:50 adult male SD rats were randomly divided into square low, medium and high dose groups, Nourishing hair growth capsules and saline groups,10 SD rats in each group. Chloral hydrate anesthesia, the rat head to the hair with rosin and paraffin induced telogen hair loss. (2) Continuous intragastric:The low, medium and high dose groups of Bushenhuoxue observation were fed with Bushenhuoxue suspension, the number of doses were 2g/kg,4g/kg and 8g/kg; Positive control hair growth by nourishing and filling capsules suspension 6g/kg; Negative control group was given equal volume of saline for 4g/kg. Each group were fed once a day. Modeling from 1 day after administration, continuous administration of 17 days. The original area of rats each day plucking, skin color changes and hair growth situation. Clinical Trials:Will meet the diagnostic criteria of alopecia areata 70 patients,40 patients were randomly divided into treatment and control group of 30 cases, the treatment group received oral Bushenhuoxue observation, nourishing hair growth control group received oral capsule, tincture of the two groups are in line with the outside Xiaoban apply, respectively,30 days after treatment,60 days and 90 days for assessment of lesion area to observe the effect of hair.[Results] 1. Animal experiments (1) SD rats with lesion area in the length of mouse hair, compared with the control group, Bushenhuoxue observation of high, medium and low dose group and nourishing capsule group had significant hair growth-promoting effect of hair growth (n=10, P0.05); Capsule hair growth compared with the Bushenhuoxue observation high, medium and low dose group and nourishing hair growth capsules were no significant role in promoting hair growth (n=10, P>0.05). (4) In the perspective of each high magnification the number of vellus hair follicles, compared with the control group, Bushenhuoxue observation vellus hair follicles in high dose group significantly increased the number(n=10,P<0.01), In the dose group and low dose group the number of vellus hair follicles lack of statistical significance; and nourishing hair growth capsules group, Invigorating Kidney high dose group, middle dose group and low dose group the number of hair follicles lack of statistical significance. (5) Under high magnification view of each capillary number, compared with the control group, Bushenhuoxue observation high dose group was significantly increased number of capillaries(n=10, P<0.01), Middle dose group was significantly increased number of capillaries(n=10, P<0.01), The lack of low-dose group was statistically significant number of capillaries; and nourishing hair growth capsules group, Bushenhuoxue observation number of high-dose group was significantly increased capillary(n=10, P<0.01), The number of capillaries in the absence of dose group was statistically significant number of low-dose group, less than normal capillaries(n=10, P<0.01). (6) In Bushenhuoxue observation weight of SD rat model the effects of alopecia areata, compared with the control group,1 week Bushenhuoxue observation in the dose when a significant increase in body weight (n=10, P<0.01), High dose group gained weight (n=10, P<0.05); Bushenhuoxue observation in 2 weeks significantly increased body weight dose group (n=10, P<0.01); 3 weeks, weight gain in the dose group (n=10, P<0.05). Nourishing hair growth compared with the capsule, Bushenhuoxue observation in 1 week dose group a significant increase in body weight(n=10, P<0.01); Bushenhuoxue observation in 2 weeks significantly increased body weight dose group (n=10, P<0.01); 3 weeks Bushenhuoxue observation weight gain in the dose group (n=10, P<0.05).2. Clinical Trials:Treatment of alopecia areata Bushenhuoxue observation total effective rate of treatment group was 92.5%,83.3% in the control group, the total effective rate between the two groups there is statistically significant (n=10,P<0.05).[Conclusion] 1. Bushenhuoxue observation could promote hair growth, both in the promotion of SD in the length or large Shushu hair follicle growth phase speed is much better than the proliferation of germinal nourishing capsules group and saline group, consider the drug concentration in Bushenhuoxue observation therapy SD rats with alopecia areata lesion area on the hair follicle growth cycle there is a certain significance of intervention, and in a dose dependent manner.2. The end of the lesion area of hair, vellus hair and telogen hair follicle growth phase the number of impacts, each group was no significant statistical difference between groups, suggesting Bushenhuoxue observation and promote hair growth in alopecia areata lesion area of each hair follicle growth when cycle length was not significantly interfere with meaning.3.
