0bjectives: TO discuss the mechanism of decoction of Chinese medicines(DCH) in relieving the side effects of immune agents during the treatment of Uveitis and provide the basis of clinical application·Methods:We picked up 51 Patients (63eyes)diagnosed as Uveitis and the subjects were divided into two groups, a treatment Group which included 26cases(32eyes) and a Control Group which included 25eases (31eyes), aged 53 to 86 without gender limit. It was required that all the Patients suffered from no other oculopathy illness or hyperpiesia or diabetes which might result in eyes abnormality and systemic Disease and the course of disease lasted for lm一0.5year. In the treating process, the Treatment Group took immune agents at the same time apply glucocorticoid and in line with dialectical parting decoction, the Control group only took the immune agents at the same time apply glucocorticoid we also compare the visual acuity(VA),the signs and the side effects of immune agents before and after the treatment in the firstResults: the side effects in marrow restrain,baldness liver function damage and digestive system are slighter in the first group, P<0.05.l.The curative effect aspect,the treating group was superior to the contrasted group P<0.05; 2.The sight aspect, the treating group was significant difference between the before and after treating (p<0.01) ;the contrasted group was significant difference between the before and after treating(P<0.05); after treating, the vision of two groups have both improvement, the treating group was superior to the contrasted Group(P<0.05); compared to the impro-vement of leakage of fluorescent had the statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions:, Chinese medicines can relieve the side effects of immune agents and the effects of Chinese medicines combined With immune agents in treating Uveitis are much better than that of immune agents single.
