The Study About Rules Of Syndrome Differentiation And Treatment For Anterior Uveitis Based On Ancient And Modern TCM Literatures

Objective: This paper is aimed to explore the regularity of the etiology and pathogenesis,treatment of anterior uveitis,mainly through collecting,sorting,exploring and researching,summarizing the experience and characteristics in ancient doctors of acknowledge of anterior uveitis.And according to the TCM experience,law and characteristics of ancient and modern physicians in the treatment of anterior uveitis.Methods:Firstly,determine the key words for “Tongshen jinxiao”,“Tongshen Jiaoxiao”,“Tongshen Ganque”,“Tongshen Quexian”,and so on,and input the above mentioned names into the Encyclopaedia of TCM to get the ancient literature and search those wordsin the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)of online publishing of clinical research literature and monographs about his disease of the Chinese medicine treatment.For those literature collected,after chosen by certain filter conditions,mainly from the etiology and pathogenesis,therapeutic principles,external treatment,Chinese herbal diet aspects are classified and summarized.Secondly,by using the statistical software package SPSS to establish database of anterior uveitis,and mainly use the statistical methods of frequency analysisuse.Finally,summarize the regularity of use the traditional Chinese medicine,and explore the different period of syndrome associated with anterior uveitis diagnosis and treatment.Results:Ancient Chinese medicine prescription treatment of anterior uveitis is 60,involving a total of 82 ingredient traditional Chinese medicine.The total frequency is 600 times.And the highest frequency of drug use was the antipyretic,and the highest frequency of single drug use was the Zhimu.Mordern Chinese medicine prescription treatment of anterior uveitis is 242,involving a total of 136 ingredient traditional Chinese medicine.The total frequency is 2383 times.The most frequently used drugs were heat-clearing drugs,and the most frequently used single drug was the Huangqin.Conclusion:1.Acute anterior uveitis belongs to the disease of " Tongshen Jiaoxiao " in traditional Chinese medicine,while chronic anterior uveitis belongs to the disease of " Tongshen Ganque " in traditional Chinese medicine.However,ancient doctors paid more attention to the maintenance of healthy qi in dispellingevil,and modern doctors paid more attention to the treatment of this disease from the perspective of "wet".attention to the “Zhengqi”in dispelling evil spirits.2.The most frequently used drugs in ancient and modern times are heat-clearing drugs,followed by antipyretic drugs.Modern doctors reuse clearing damp drugs,and ancient doctorsreuse tonic drugs3.Due to the development of medicine,modern doctors have expanded the content of microscopic dialectic in traditional Chinese medicine inspection through modern science,technology and methods,promoted the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of pre-uveitis,thus leading to the change of dialectic and medication.
