Based On Orthogonal Design The Research Of Reconstruction And Optimization Of Wrist Extension Function After Stroke With Different Acupuncture Methods

ObjectivesIn the application of surface EMG (sEMG) objective evaluation of wrist extension function of stroke patients based on the comparison of different factors on acupuncture for stroke patients functional reconstruction of the wrist to optimize treatment.Methods1.Select stroke patients met the inclusion criteria, 40 cases collected during active wrist dorsiflexion muscle sEMG, extracting characteristic value MAX, IEMG, evaluation of wrist extension function.2.Patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Control group received conventional acupuncture therapy; treatment group according to three factors (needle position, pulse wave, acupuncture method) two level orthogonal design is divided into four groups treated with acupuncture. Using sEMG, Fugl-Meyer assessment method, CSS, Barthel ADL index in each group before and after treatment of wrist motor function.Results1.Ipsilateral stroke patients in active wrist muscle MAX, IEMG decreased significantly compared with the healthy side, both were significantly different (P <0.05).2.Different methods of acupuncture treatment, the affected side active muscle MAX, IEMG increased significantly, compared with before treatment there was significant difference (P <0.05).3.With gu needling, acupuncture experimental points, use intermittent wave wrist extension function after stroke can make the affected side MAX, IEMG, Fugl-Meyer motor scores, Barthel ADL, CSS raise more obvious, and various factors on the efficacy in decreasing order are: acupuncture location> Pulse Wave> acupuncture method..Conclusions1.Stroke patients before treatment compared to the uninvolved SEMG significant difference; the affected side before treatment were significantly different after treatment SEMG, SEMG can objectively evaluate the sensitivity of patients after cerebrovascular disease and active muscle function;2.Different factors on acupuncture for wrist extension function after stroke effect of different. Position as the main factors which acupuncture, followed by pulse wave, acupuncture means the least. Intermittent pulse type wave, Hegu needling, acupuncture on the cheap, point-based clinical study of foreign relations the best treatment.
