Objective:Chosen orthogonal design, to stuty the efficacy of acupuncture and rehabilitation on the impact of dysfunction of the hand after stroke.To observe different scheme on the impact of dysfunction of the hand after stroke and optimize the treatment.Method:To observe dysfunction of the hand in patients with stroke,Choose the standard 40 Patients and patients were randomly divided into group of orthogonal design.According to three factors:A is namely treatment occation(within15 days,15-30 days);B is method of incorporating (incorpora rehabilitation,acupuncture);C is period of treatment (two weeks, four weeks),two-level orthogonal experimental,Fugl-Meyer (Fugl-Meyer assessment scale,FMA) function of the hand integral and Barthel(the modified barthel,MBI)integral were observed before and after treatment.Results:A(namely treatment occation),B(method of incorporating)have very significant effects on FMA integral and MBI integra(P<0.01).Among the interaction integrate A and B(namely treatment occation,method of incorporating) have very significant effects on FMA integral and MBI integral(P<0.05). A1B1C2(during the acute stage(within 15days),incorporated with rehabilitation,four weeks of treatment)is the best scheme of treatment.Conclution:(1)By orthogonal designe can be drawn of the effete of different Parameters is not the same as,the impact of smallest orde are:namely treatment occation>method of incorporating >period of treatment.(2) During the acutestage(within 15 days,incorporating rehabilitation,four weeks of treatment)is the best scheme of treatment which get best FAM integral and MBI integral.
