Discussing The Relationship Of Blood Stasis And Endogenous Wind Diseases And Syndromes From The Basis Of Its Pathogenesis

Object:Through discussing the pathogenesis of endogenous wind diseases and syndromes, doing research on the causes and primary diseases of endogenous wind diseases and syndromes caused by blood stasis and its relationship with the formation of blood stasis, finding its internal law, improving and perfecting the theory of pathogenesis that blood stasis leading endogenous wind, improving the applicable value. Methods: Ancient and modern data were consulted systematically, some relative clinical and experimental data were collected, the pathogenesis of blood stasis leading endogenous wind and its internal law was demonstrated. Results:â‘ Emotional disorder, improper diet, old and infirmity, obstinate diseases were important factors of the occurrence of endogenous wind diseases and syndromes. The blood stasis was caused by these factors mentioned above which also lead to the endogenous wind diseases and syndromes.â‘¡The methods of promoting blood stasis were thought as effective way of treating endogenous wind diseases and syndromes. Blood stasis was demonstrated as having close relationship with endogenous wind diseases and syndromes. Conclusions:The process of occurrence and development of endogenous wind diseases and syndromes is long. And it is the result of internal damage. The occurrence of the endogenous wind diseases and syndromes were thought having close relationship with blood stasis. Blood stasis could be caused by emotional disorder, improper diet, old and infirmity, obstinate diseases. When these factors block the meridians and collaterals, disturbing the brain, affect the normal functions of tendons and vessels, the endogenous wind diseases and syndromes would occur. So promoting blood circulation should be emphasized when treating endogenous wind diseases and syndromes, eliminating the causes of blood stasis, including regulating emotions, controlling diet, treating primary diseases actively should be paid attention to when preventing the endogenous wind diseases and syndromes.
