The Clinical Study On The Ping Xiao Tong Mai Mixture Treating The Diabetic Patients With Coronary Heart Disease-stable Angina

Objective:To observe the curative effect and security as well as to study the active mechanism of the Ping xiao tong mai Mixture treating the diabetic patients with coronary heart disease-stable angina,whose fanction was to benefit qi to nurish yin and promote blood to dredge vessle.Methord:The 60 diabetic patientswith coronary heart disease-stable angina who conformed to the standard were divided into the treatment group and the control group randomly.Each group had 30 patients. The control group were administrated routinly by the Western medicine.And the treatment group were given Ping xiao tong mai Mixture additionally on the basis of the routine treatment of the Western medicine, which was taken orally two times one day and one dose each day.Four weeks made one course of treatment.To observe the difference of the clinical symptoms,electrocardiogram and testing imdex in the laboratory before and after the treatment on the two groups as well as to analyse statistically.Resalts:The total efficiency shows that the treatment groap (90%) was superior to the control group (60%).there is a significant difference (P<0.01) between them.In aspects of improving the clinical symptoms and myocardial ischemia,adjusting glucose and blood fat metabolism disorder,the treatment groap was superior to the control groap (P<0.05 or P<0.01). No adverse effects were veported in both groups.Conclusion:treats the diabetic patients with coronary heart disease-stable angina safely,effectively.This study proves a basis for the research,develooment and application of Chinese medicine to treat this disease effectively.It has obvious advantages and broad prospects.
