Clinicalresearchoftreating Coronary Heart Disease With Stable Angina With Xuefuzhuyu Decoction Combined With Western Medicine

Purpose:Observation of the treatment improvements of coronary heart disease with stable angina(chest pain syndrome of heart blood stasis),compared the effect of "Xuefuzhuyu Decoction Combined with western medicine"with"conventional western medicine" in angina symptoms and TCM syndrome.Method:From December 2014 to January 2017,there are 60 outpatients and inpatients which is chosen from The traditional Chinese Medicine of YanJi Hospital.Western medicine diagnosis standard disease belongs to the coronary heart disease and angina pectoris with TCM syndrome of blood stasis.At the same time,we divided 60 patients into Western medicine routine treatment control group(n = 30)and traditional Chinese and Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group(n＝30)at random.At the basis of Conventional treatment of Western Medicine,we added Xuefuzhuyu Decoction.A course of treatment is 14 days,after 3 courses we give a evaluation.Three main means of evaluation are angina.symptoms,electrocardiogram,and nitroglycerin dosage,then we will compare and analyse of the change.Result:Two groups of patients before treatment,Statistical analysis showed significant difference,and the combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment group was better than the control group.The results showed that the two groups of patients in the reduction of angina attack frequency,duration of angina attack and the severity of angina pectoris treatment are effective,and the combination of Chinese and Western medicine can effectively improve the effect is more significant.In the evaluation of therapeutic effect by electrocardiogram,Two groups of patients both had a positive change in ECG performance to reduce myocardial ischemia,besides the combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment group was better than the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment,besides the combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment group was better than the control group.Two groups of patients were not abnormal,no gastrointestinal reactions,adverse cardiovascular reactions,allergic reactions during the trial of vital signs,laboratory tests.Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine which can reduce the number of angina attacks,nitroglycerin,angina attack time and severity is better.
