ObjectiveUnder the guidance of the theory of "spleen and stomach treatment",the acupoint application therapy of traditional Chinese medicine was used to intervene the SAP patients with coronary heart disease of phlegm and blood stasis type. The effects of Acupoint Application of traditional Chinese medicine on angina symptoms, electrocardiogram,TCM syndromes, exercise tolerance, anxiety and depression mood and quality of life of SAP patients with coronary heart disease of phlegm and blood stasis type were discussed.MethodsThis study used clinical randomized controlled trials. From January 2019 to December 2019,104 cases of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease due to phlegm and blood stasis who were hospitalized in the Department of Cardiology,Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and strictly followed the inclusion and exclusion criteria were signed Subjects were randomly divided into a test group and a control group by random number table method, with 52 cases in each group. The subjects in both groups were treated with routine treatment and nursing of coronary heart disease, while the experimental group combined with acupoint application therapy of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of routine treatment and nursing. The intervention started from the first day of enrollment, once a day for 30 days.Angina symptom score, electrocardiogram,TCM syndrome score,6-min walk test(6-min walk test,6-MWT),Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS),Seattle angina questionnaire,SAQ)were used, before the intervention and after 30 days of intervention to evaluate the patients' angina symptoms, electrocardiogram changes,TCM syndromes,6-MWT walking distance, anxiety and depression mood and quality of life.ResultsIn this study,104 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease due to phlegm and blood stasis were included.During the intervention process, one patient was dropped in the experimental group, two patients were excluded, and 49 patients completed the clinical trial;one patient was dropped in the control group, one patient was excluded, and 50 patients completed the clinical trial. In the end,99 patients completed the whole experiment and all data collection.1.Comparison of angina symptom scoresComparison between groups: The angina symptom score of the test group was lower than that of the control group at the same period. The statistical results showed that the difference between the angina symptom score between the two groups after the intervention was statistically significant(P<0.05).Intra group comparison:Comparison of angina symptom scores in the experimental group before and after intervention. The difference in data can be considered statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and after the intervention, the scores of the angina pectoris in the control group were compared, and the data difference was considered statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Efficacy of anginaThe total effective rate of angina symptom improvement in the test group was89.80%,and the total effective rate of angina symptom improvement in the control group was 76.00%.After statistical analysis, the difference between the two groups can be considered statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the test group is in The effect of improving the symptoms of angina pectoris was more obvious than that of the control group.3.ECG effectThe total effective rate of ECG was 71.43% in the experimental group and66.00% in the control group. The statistical analysis results showed that the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that in improving the myocardial ischemia state of ECG,the curative effect of the two groupswas similar, and there was no significant difference in the results.4.Comparison of TCM syndrome pointsComparison between groups: The TCM syndrome scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group during the same period. The statistical results showed that the difference between the two groups of TCM syndrome scores after the intervention was considered statistically significant(P<0.05);Intra group comparison: The comparison of TCM syndrome scores in the experimental group before and after the intervention can be considered statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and after intervention, the comparison of TCM syndrome scores in the control group can be considered statistically significant(P<0.05).The results indicate that the TCM syndrome scores of the experimental group and the control group have decreased compared with before the intervention.5.The efficacy of TCM syndromesIn terms of improving the clinical symptoms of TCM,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome improvement in the experimental group is 93.88%,and the total effective rate of TCM syndrome improvement in the control group is 76.00%.The difference between the two groups can be considered statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the improvement effect of TCM syndromes in the test group is better than that in the control group.6.6-MWTComparison between groups: The 6-MWT distance of the experimental group was more than that of the control group. The statistical results showed that the difference in the 6-minute walking distance between the two groups after intervention was considered statistically significant(P<0.05).It showed that the patients' chest tightness, chest pain, shortness of heart and palpitations, and heavy limbs were improved. The effect of the test group was better than that of the control group.Intra group comparison: Compare the two groups of patients before and after intervention. The results show that the difference between the data of the test group and the 6-minute walking distance before and after intervention can be considered statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and after the intervention, the 6-minute walking distance of the control group was compared, and the difference in data was considered statistically significant(P<0.05).7.HADS scoreComparison between groups: The anxiety score, depression score, and total HADS score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group during the same period. The statistical results showed that after the intervention, the difference between the total HADS score and the score of each dimension between the two groups was considered statistical Significance(P<0.05).Intra group comparison: Compare the two groups of patients before and after intervention. The results show that: before and after intervention, the total HADS score and the score of each dimension of the test group are compared. The difference in data can be considered statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and after the intervention, the total score of HADS and the score of each dimension of the control group were compared, and the difference in data was considered statistically significant(P<0.05).8.SAQ scoreComparison between groups: After the intervention, the statistical results of the SAQ scores of the two groups of patients showed that after the intervention, the two groups were compared. The P values of the two groups in the four dimensions of angina stability, angina attack, treatment satisfaction and disease awareness were all less than 0.05.The data difference can be considered statistically significant, indicating that the experimental group is better than the control group;the P value of one dimension of the degree of physical activity limitation is greater than 0.05,and the difference in data can be regarded as not statistically significant. After the intervention, the effect difference was not obvious.Intra group comparison: The two groups of patients were compared before and after intervention. The results showed that: before and after intervention, the SAQ scores of the experimental group were compared, and the difference in data was considered statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and after the intervention, the SAQ scores of the control group were compared, and the difference in data wasconsidered statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionAcupoint application therapy of traditional Chinese medicine based on the theory of "spleen and stomach" can effectively relieve symptoms of chest tightness, chest pain and heavy limbs in patients with stable angina pectoris(angina pectoris grades I to III)of coronary heart disease due to phlegm and blood stasis, improve anxiety and depression, and thus improve The quality of life of patients and the promotion of disease rehabilitation have also achieved the purpose of adjuvant therapy.
