In this dissertation, the molecular mechanism in Pharmacology and Pathology of the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) was studied through the microarray techniques and bioinformatic analysis. Then the real-time RT-PCR technique was used to vertify the results of the microarray. The acute toxicity mechanism of Venenum Bufonis and its compatibility via cDNA microarray were investigated. Results indicated that the ion homeostasis and actin organization were affected in the low dosage group for Venenum Bufonis. Meanwhile, regulation of anti-apoptosis and fatty acid metabolism could be induced within two hours; the myocardial contraction was finally disturbed. The ion homeostasis and actin organization could also be disturbed more quickly in the high dosage group. In addition, the iron accumulation could lead to oxidation reduction and cardiomyocyte apoptosis. For HMP, there were some clinical functions, such as blood pressure regulation and myocardial structure organization. However, the related acute toxicity of Venenum Bufonis was not shown. This paper could provide a novel research strategy in the compatibility study of TCM.Based on the preliminary researches, the treatment effects of myocardial ischemia by HMP, ShuangLong Formula, DanHong injection were studied. Then eight significantly differentially expressed genes were screened by microarray results. Here, the real-time RT-PCR technique was used for quantification analysis to vertify these eight genes. This is the transitional part of the research which can guide the in-depth research of the next step. The global pandemic of the A(H1N1) promoted the relative research. The differentially expressed genes between the pre-and post-administration of the A(H1N1) infection patients were analyzed via the cDNA microarray. Then the GO and KEGG Pathway enrichment analysis of the differential expressed genes were carried out. Results indicated that the administration of TCM can enhance the immunity to resist the infection of the virus. It also can affect some pathways and the cell cycle to accelerate the proliferation and the protein synthesis ability of cells which finally enhance the vitality of the whole body.
