This dissertation mainly describes the study on the chemical constituents of the antithrombotic effective fraction of Siegesbeckia orientalis L. and Andrographis paniculata (Burm.f.) Nees..Ten compounds were obtained from Andrographis paniculata (Burm.f.) Nees. and Siegesbeckia orientalis L. by the means of traditional phytochemical methods.They were characterized by IR,1 H-NMR, 1 3 C-NMR, 2D-NMRand MS spectral data. Compound 1 was new natural products, compound 7 was obtained from Andrographis paniculata (Burm.f.) Nees..and corrected the NMR spectral data of compound 7. At the same time, with the antithrombotic effective fraction of Andrographis paniculata (Burm.f.) Nees., we has preliminary researched its quality control and analysis it by the HPLC fingerprints. The main research works carried out are as follows: 1. Six compounds were isolated from the antithrombotic effective fraction of Siegesbeckia orientalis L..The structures of six compounds were identified as ent-2-oxo-15,16,19-trihydroxy-15-acetyl-pimar-8(14)-en-19-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),ent-2-oxo-15,16,19-trihydroxy-pimar-8(14)-en-19-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),ent-2α,15,16,19-tetrahydroxy-pimar-8(14)-ene(3),ent-2-oxo-15,16,19-trihydroxy-pimar-8(14)-ene(4), ent-12α,16-epoxy-2β,15a,19-trihydroxy-pimar-8-ene(5) and ent-15-oxo-2β,16,19-trihydroxy-pimar-8(14)-ene,(6). Among them,compound 1 was new natural products from this plant.2. Four compounds were isolated from the antithrombotic effective fraction of Andrographis paniculata (Burm.f.) Nees.. The structures of four compounds were identified as quercitrin-2″-gallate(7), 14-deoxy-andrographolide(8), Dehydroandrographolide(9) and isoan-drographolide(10). Among them, compound 7 were firstly obtained four single compounds from this plant. 3. The contents of index compound including andrographolide was determined by HPLC. The calibration curve are linear at ranges of 0.125~2.0μg (r=0.9997,n=5)respectively. The average recoveries are 98.794%(RSD=0.971%, n=5).4. Used the HPLC chromatography to conduct the preliminary study to the antithrombotic effective component fingerprints of Andrographis paniculata (Burm.f.) Nees., had determined 8 characteristic peak group, obtained the degree of dissociation to be good, the reproduction quality good Fingerprints.
