Head And Neck TUINA Therapy Clinical Observation Of Cervical Vertigo

Objective:To validate the clinical observation of manipulation instructors bone efficacy of treatment of cervical vertigo, preliminary study mentor manipulation therapy for cervical vertigo mechanism.Methods:A randomized principle, the clinical 60 cases of cervical vertigo patients were divided into treatment group manipulation and acupuncture treatment groups were observed before and after treatment of the symptoms and signs change.Results:(1) treatment for 4 weeks after the clinical effect of the two groups compared to control treatment group significantly the rate of 76.67%, with a total effective rate was 96.7% in the control group significantly control the rate of 53.3%, with a.total effective rate was 93.3%, differences between the two groups was statistically significance (P<0.05).(2) groups improved after treatment vertigo time, the degree of neck and shoulder pain, the treatment group and control group had significant difference, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) treatment group than the control group.Conclusion:The clinical observation of manipulation to improve the indicators prompted cervical vertigo symptoms and signs, with a prominent role, its mechanism may be that the lysis of soft tissue adhesions, restore balance of cervical spine mechanics, eliminating muscle spasm and sympathetic irritation and ease of vertebral arterial muscular pull, thus improving blood circulation, restore vertebral-basilar arterial blood supply.
