Objective TO discussion the efficacy in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis in Qing yi decoction.Methods Will meet the diagnostic criteria for severe acute pancreatitis (severe acute pancreatitis SAP) and do not have the 52 patients with surgical indication were randomly divided into 2 groups. Control group, 23 cases with standardized Western medical treatment, treatment group, 29 cases with the Western medical treatment on the basis of standardized taking Qing yi decoction. In the treatment of 2 weeks before and after treatment, respectively, using double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) determination of serum interleukin-6, Interleukin -8 and tumor necrosis factor -a level of concentration. treatment, 1,2,3 weeks and when discharged from acute physiology and chronic health evaluation (Acute Physiology and Chronic Heath Evaluationâ…¡,APACHE II), abdominal pain disappeared, blood glucose, serum amylase activity, body temperature and white blood cell counts returned to normal reference range that the time it takes, as well as the cure rate, markedly effective, efficient, mortality, complication rates, length of stay and hospital costs .Results The treatment group were treated after 1 week in serum IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-a levels were significantly decreased(Compared with control group, P<0.05); Treatment group, patients in abdominal distension, abdominal pain disappeared and blood biochemical parameters returned to the required time of normal reference range and hospitalization time, hospitalization costs, the cure rate, markedly effective rate after treatment 1, 2 weeks APACHEII scores were significantly reduced, with statistical Significance(Compared with control group, P > 0.05).The treatment group mortality, incidence of complications, hospitalization, and discharged after 3 weeks,score APACHE II were no significant difference(Compared with control group, P>0.05), there was no significant.Conclusions Qing yi decoction can significantly improve the efficacy of severe acute pancreatitis.
