To Explore The Relationship Between Deviation Of Nasal Septum And Chronic Rhino-Sinusitis

Objective: To explore the relationship between deviation of nasal septum and chronic rhino-sinusiti(sCRS)and modified surgical technique of nasal septum is clinical curative effect.Methods: The clinical data of 33 cases with nasal septum deviation and chronic rhino-sinusitis which confirmed by nasal endoscopic exami- nation and Sinus coronal CT . By contrast with the high and no-high of nasal septum deviation Influence of CRS subject. All cases divided into two groups:A groups 15 cases do the same modified incision septi partial song angioplasty and endoscopic sinus surgery, B groups 18 cases pure line endoscopic sinus surgerymodified surgical technique of nasal septum for curative effects in chronic rhino-sinusitis which trigger by deviation of nasal septum . Results:the high of nasal septum deviation Influence of CRS is larger than no-high of nasal septum deviation。Bilateral sinusi -tis which trigger by deviation of nasal septum have no significant differences,in the high of nasal septum deviation incidence of frontal sinusitis and ethmoidal sinusitis is larger than that of maxillary sinusitis and sphenoid sinusitis. in the low of nasal septum deviation incidence of maxillary sinusitis and ethmoidal sinusitis is larger frontal sinusitis than that of and sphenoid sinusitis modified surgical technique of nasal septum in the treatment of the disease has positive significane cure rate(P <0.05)Conclusions: In the process of treatment of CRS which trigger by deviation of nasal septum we must do sinus- CT and endoscopic sinus clear the relationship between deviation of nasal septum and chronic rhi- nosinusitis. Before in the treat of such case we must correction deviation of nasal septum. modified surgical technique of nasal septum in the treatment of the disease has positive significance.
