Observation On Effect Of Different Nasal Endoscopic Surgery For Chronic Rhino Sinusitis Caused By Nasal Septum Deviation

Objectives: different nasal endoscopic surgery for Chronic Rhino Sinusitis caused by na sal septum deviation.Methods: Randomly selected from to January because of Chronic Rhino Sinusitis caus ed by nasal septum deviation 394 cases of hospitalized patients,After informed consent of all patients CT and MRI. Count data rate,proportion indicators des cribe the use of two tests.Results: 1.120 patients were composed of 79 male cases and 41 female cases.Their average age was 44.02±14.18. 2.There were statistically significant differences onage, sinusitis type,curative effect,have postoperative polyps or mucosal edema to the different surgical procedures( P<0.05). 3.There was no significant differ ence in the clinical efficacy between sex, age, nationality, occupation, duration of disease, symptoms, type of sinusitis, nasal mucosal edema and postoperative nasal mucosal edema(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.Cure and treatment of nasal endoscope combined with nasal septum corr ection effect is better than that of functional nasal endoscopic sinus surgery, na sal endoscope combined with nasal septum correction function of nasal endosco pic sinus surgery in patients with postoperative recurrence of no significant diff erence; 2.Age, nasal sinusitis, postoperative curative effect, postoperative has no polyps or mucosal edema of different operation of chronic nasal sinusitis patie nts after impact; 3.Gender, age, nationality, occupation, course of disease, preop erative symptoms, sinusitis, postoperative polyp and nasal mucosa edema of nas al cavity endoscope combined with nasal septum surgery in the treatment of pa tients with postoperative curative effect, no effect.
