Purpose:To explore the damage about Liver and kidney function of preeclampsia patients, and discuss the correlation with pregnancy outcome.Method:Select 60 example intraoperational prophase (PE) patients as research group, including 30 cases severe preeclampsia group (severe PE group) and 30 cases mild preeclampsia group (mild PE group), and 30 cases normal pregnant woman as control group, inspection liver and kidney function index:alanine amino transferase (ALT),aspartic acid amine transferase(AST),alkaline phosphatase (ALP),urea nitrogen (BUN),creatinine (Cr),uric acid (UA),blood and urine beta 2-micro globulin (β2-MG), compare the difference between groups, analysis the relationship with the pregnancy outcome.Result:1,Compared with control group, ALT,AST of mild PE are rising trend, but the difference are not statistically significant(P> 0.05); ALP is rising trend, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05); compared with mild PE group, ALT of severe PE group is rising trend, but the difference are not statistically significant(P> 0.05), AST and ALP of severe PE group are rising trend, and the difference are statistically significant(P<0.05); compared with control group, ALT,AST and ALP of severe PE group are rising trend, and the difference are statistically significant(P<0.05).2,Compared with control group. BUN,Cr of mild PE are rising trend, but the difference are not statistically significant(P> 0.05);β2-MG in Blood and urine, UA is rising trend, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05); compared with mild PE group, BUN,Cr,UA,(32-MG in Blood and urine of severe PE group are rising trend, and the difference are statistically significant(P<0.05); compared with control group, BUN,Cr,UA,β2-MG in Blood and urine of severe PE group are rising trend, and the difference are statistically significant(P<0.05).3,In severe PE group may happen cortical damage of renal4,The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome of severe PE group are significantly higher not obvious different.Conclusion:1. When one reflects the situation about Liver damage of PE, ALP is a more sensitive index.2. When one reflects the situation about Kidney damage of PE,β2-MG in blood and urine are the earliest abnormal index,.UA rise appeared before BUN and Cr3. of mild PE are are significantly higher than control group, and the difference are statistically significant(P<0.05).4. In severe PE group,we can discover the organically damage such as such as cortical damage of renal, in mild PE group, we can discover the damage such as renal pelvis seeper,renal pelvis separation,ureter seeper,ureteral expansion,but the incidence of cortical damage of renal is diminutive.5.
