| Objective:To study the association between Glucagon like peptide-1 and plasma adiponectin level in obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSA) patients and investigate the morbidity mechanism of OSA complication glucolipid metabolism disorder. Methods : To select randomly 16 fat adult in examination center as fat control. To select randomly 50 patients with OSA with PSG in sleep detec- tion center , the OSA patients was divided into mild 11 patients, moderate 13 patients and severe 26 patients groups based on the apnea hypopnea index(AHI) and the minimum blood oxygen saturation (SaO2min). To select 24 patients with simply type 2 diabetes , 14 adults with Simple obesity group and 12 patients with OSA with type 2 diabetes .There is no signify- cant distinction between each interclass and control group in years of age and sexuality . All selected people need to measure the height, weight, to calculate the body mass index (BMI); to carry out polysomnogram monitoring all night for 7 hours at least , analysis apnea hyponea index (AHI)and the minimum O2 saturation at night ; dividedly collecting 5ml empty stomach peripheral venous blood in two test tube at 6 a.m on next day. Ordinary blood is used to examin fasting plasma glucose(FPG), blood fat and to measure adiponectin by ELISA. Anticoagulated blood is used to detect the level of Glp-1by ELISA.Then anti- coagulated blood is used to extract to detect the level of 1h postpradial Glp-1 by ELISA.Results:1. The levels of GLP-1 in the every group with OSA decreased gradually with AHI.It was significantly higher than that in the mild group(P<0.05).2. The levels of GLP-1 in the severe groups , the patients with OSA with type 2 diabetes and the simple type 2 diabetes group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). and that in the severe group was significantly higher than that in the mild group(P<0.05).There was no statistics difference among these patients.3. Adiponectin levels among each group with OSA also have significantly differences (P<0.05) .IN the patients with OSA with type 2 diabetes , the simple type 2 diabetes group and the severe patients with OSA . Adiponectin levels were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05) ; especially in those with OSA with type 2 diabetes .4. GLP-1 was related with adiponectin,AHI,SaO2min,HbA1c and FPG. Conclusions:1. In patients with OSA , glucolipid metabolic disorder usually appears , including FPG,BMI,HbA1c and the abnormality ofGLP-1, adiponectin.2. The OSA effects surum GLP-1 level .3. OSA may effects surum adiponectin level by the change of surum GLP-1 level . |
