| Objectives:To explore the revelance of ephrin-b3 expression and white matter damage and the mechanism of it in intracerebral hemorrhage adult rat. Methods: 250+15g male Wistar rats were used.developing the not coagulation which was taken from the rat tail and injecting it to the brain internal capsule to establish the model of intracerebral hemorrhage.Kill the rat and take the brain at 6,24,48,72h,7d point after the success of model,meanwhile establish the appropriate control group.Application of hematoxylin-eosin staining to observe the brain tissue around the homatoma pathological changes.Application of elisa assay to detect the expression of ephrin-b3 around the hematoma.Results:Compared with the control group ,6h,24h,48h,72hthe necrotic area around the hematoma gradually expanded and infiltration of lymphocytes and neutrophils.7d and 72h group with no significant change. The expression of ephrin-b3 began to increase at 6h after hemorrhage,24h,48h expression gradually increased,peaked at 72h,7d obvious recovery,but still higher than normal levels. in the every point of bleeding group.;Conclusions:Ephrin-b3 expressin have a revelant to the white matter damage after intracerebral hemorrhage in adult rat,tip ephrin-b3 was involved in occurrence of intracerebral hemorrhage injury and play a role in intracerebral hemorrhage development and transfer process. |
