Abdominal surgery incision heals poorly because of fat liquefaction, effusion, and infection, which prolongs the treatment time, increases the patient's spiritual pain and economic burden, also reduced the surgical beds turnover. The negative pressure technology is a new method to treatment the abdomenal intractable incision, and being used more widely, the practical value is higher and higher, this method is becoming a new mode for of healing the abdomenal intractable incision.so we observe the effect of the Negative pressure treatment treating intractable incision of abdomen by comparing the effect of different treatment. Objective:This experiment discusses the effect of the Negative pressure treatment treating intractable incision of abdomen by comparing the effect of different treatment, and search for new treatments for abdomenal intractable incision. Methods:This study collected 27 intractable incision of abdomen patients of the General surgery in The first hospital of Shanxi medical university during March 2008 and November 2010.15 patients was treated with traditional treatments, including 9 people with infected incision and 6 people with fat liquefaction; 12 patients was treated with negative pressure treatment, including 7 people with infected incision and 5 people with fat liquefaction. Observe the treatment time, healing time, complications and hospitalization expenses of the two sets of patients. SPSS 13.0 statistical software and t test was uesed for statistical analysis. Results:Compared with traditional treatments, patients who were cured with negative pressure treatment had shorter average time of treatment and incision recovery and less complications and hospital expenses. Conclusion:negative pressure treatment is beneficial to make patients with intractable incision of abdomen recover more quickly, reduce the complications and hospital expenses and alleviate the pain.
