ObjectivesTo explore the clinical therapeutic effects of the combination of negative pressure drainage technology and nano silver dressing on infected of abdominal incision after the operation.Methods(1)According to the principle of voluntary,60 patients with infection of abdominal incision after gastrointestinal surgery were randomly divided into negative pressure drainage group, nano silver dressing group and the combinational group.20 cases of patients in each group. The evaluation indicators in patients after treatment between groups were compared, such as the wound healing time, postoperative treatment time, postoperative treatment cost, postoperative hospitalization days,CRP,the number of white blood cells, the body temperature, the wound bacterial counts and pain scores.(2)SPSS 20.0 software was used for statistical analysis. The one-way ANOVA was uesd for the data analysis in this study, the multiple comparisons of homogeneity of variance were analyze by LSD,and Dunnett's T3 was used when variance was not homogeneous. The measurement data were indicated by mean plus or minus SD,and P< 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results(1)Comparison of the indicators before intervention: there was no significant difference between the three groups in the preoperative gender ratio, age, body mass index, blood glucose and incision area of the patients in each group(P>0.05).(2)Recovery time and wound healing time results: there was exist obvious differences between the indicators in three groups(P<0.05),the indicators in the combinational group were significantly faster than the other two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)CRP results: there was no significant difference between the indicators of the three groups 1 day after treatment(P>0.05),there was exist obvious differences between the indicators in three groups 5 and 10 days after intervention(P<0.05),the indicator in the combinational group was significantly lower than the other two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)White blood cells results: there was no significant difference between the indicators of the three groups 1 day after treatment(P>0.05),there was exist obvious differences between the indicators in three groups 5 days after intervention(P<0.05),the indicator in the combinational group was significantly lower than the other two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)Bacterial count results: there was no significant difference between the indicators of the three groups 1 day after treatment(P>0.05),there was exist obvious differences between the indicators in three groups 5 and 10 days after intervention(P<0.05),the indicator in the combinational group was significantly lower than the other two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(6)Body temperature value results: there was no significant difference between the indicators of the three groups 1 day after treatment(P>0.05),there was exist obvious differences between the indicators in three groups 3 days after intervention(P<0.05),the indicator in the combinational group was significantly lower than the other two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(7)Pain score results: there was no significant difference between the indicators of the three groups 1 day after treatment(P>0.05),there was exist obvious differences between the indicators in three groups 5 and 10 days after intervention(P<0.05),the indicator in the combinational group was significantly lower than the other two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(8)Postoperative fees, frequency of dressing change after the intervention treatment and postoperative hospitalization days: there was no significant difference between the three groups in postoperative fees(P>0.05).The frequency of dressing change in the combinational group was significantly fewer than the other two groups. The postoperative hospitalization days in the combinational group was significantly fewer than the other two groups. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe combination of negative pressure drainage technology and nano silver dressing, could more effectively reduce incision local inflammation, promote wound healing, reduce the switching frequency and the patients' pain, shorter hospital stay. This method is safe and effective, and has more advantages than single therapy. It is a kind of therapy which is worth popularizing in clinic.
