| Objective:By studying the expression of Maspin and C-erbB-2 protein in normal endometrium, endometrial atypical hyperplasia and endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues and their clinical significance, study the role of both in Occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis of endometrial adenocarcinoma, For the diagnosis of endometrial adeno-carcinoma and malignant degree and prognosis to determine a new way,target and theoretical reference。Methods:By immunohistochemistry method to detected the expression of Maspin and C-erbB-2 protein in 20 cases of normal endometrium, 20 cases of endometrial atypical hyperplasia and 30 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma. Analysis of Maspin, C-erbB-2 protein expression with various clinicopathological parameters of the relationship between , and the relationship between the two. The statistical software package SAS9.1.3 was applied to analyze the results.Results:(1) Maspin protein in normal endometrium, endometrial atypical hyperplasia and endometrial adenocarcinoma, the positive expression rates were 85%,60%,43.33%,which was showed a gradual downward trend;among the three groups,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 8.5565, P = 0.0139)。Normal endometrium and endometrial adenocarcinoma group,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 7.0313,P = 0.008); normal endometrium and endometrial atypical hyperplasia group, P > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant (χ2 = 2.0063, P = 0.1567);endometrial atypical hyperplasia and endometrial adenocarcinoma group,P> 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant (χ2 = 1.333, P = 0.2482)。(2) C-erbB-2 protein in normal endometrium, endometrial atypical hyperplasia and endometrial adenocarcinoma, the positive expression rates were10%,45%,56.67%,which was showed a gradually increasing trend;among the three groups,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 11.0208,P = 0.0040)。Normal endometrium and endometrial atypical hyperplasia group (χ2 = 4.5141 , P = 0.0336) and in normal endometrium and endometrial adenocarcinoma group (χ2 = 9.1999,P=0.0024),P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant;Endometrial atypical hyperplasia and endometrial adenocarcinoma group(χ2 = 0.6544,P=0.4186),P> 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant。(3) Maspin protein in endometrial adenocarcinoma with high,medium and low differentiation group,positive expression rate of the group were88.89%,26.67%,16.67%,Among the three groups,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=10.6727,P=0.0048);C-erbB-2 protein in endometrial adenocarcinoma with high,medium and low differentiation group,positive expression rate of the group were22.22%,66.67%,83.33%,Among the three groups,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant (χ2=6.4736, P=0.0393)。(4) Expression of Maspin protein in endometrial adenocarcinoma surgical - pathologic stagingâ… ,â…¡,â…¢,the rate of three groups were 64.71%,25.00%,0.00%,Among the three groups,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant (χ2=7.8116,P=0.0201);Expression of C-erbB-2 protein in endometrial adenocarcinoma surgical - pathologic stagingâ… ,â…¡,â…¢,the rate of three groups were 29.41%,87.50%,100.00%,Among the three groups,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =11.6614,P = 0.0029)。(5) Maspin protein in myometrial invasion≤1/2 group and depth of invasion>1/2 group,the rate were 54.55% and 12.50%,the difference was not significant (P>0.05);C-erbB-2 protein in myometrial invasion≤1/2 group and depth of invasion>1/2 group,the rate were 40.91%,100.00%,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05)。(6) Maspin protein in endometrial adenocarcinoma with lymph node metastasis and without lymph node metastasis,the positive expression rates were0.00%,56.52%,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant (χ2=4.8700,P=0.0273); C-erbB-2 protein in endometrial adenocarcinoma with lymph node metastasis and without lymph node metastasis,the positive expression rates were 85.68%,47.83%,the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05)。(7) Maspin protein expression and C-erbB-2 protein expression showed a negative correlation (γ=―0.7285, P <0.01)。 Conclusion:1. Maspin in normal endometrium, endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial adenocarcinoma showed positive expression rate decreased gradually; C-erbB-2 in normal endometrium, atypical hyperplasia of the uterus Endometrial tissue and endometrial adenocarcinoma showed positive expression rate of the trend of gradually increasing。the two showed the negative correlation。2. Maspin expression in endometrial adenocarcinoma surgical - pathologic staging, pathological grade were negatively correlated, the expression of tumor was lower and surgical - pathologic staging and the degree of malignancy were higher; C-erbB-2 expression in endometrial adenocarcinoma surgical - pathologic staging, pathological grade was positively correlated, the higher the expression, tumor′s surgical - pathologic staging and the degree of malignancy were higher。3. C-erbB-2 was relate to the invasion depth of tumor,but lymph node metastasis was found no correlation。The expression of Maspin was related to lymph node metastasis,but has nothing to do with the depth of myometrial invasion。4. Maspin and c-erbB-2 protein may be involved in the occurrence,development,in- vasion and metastasis process of endometrial adenocarcinoma,combined with clinical para- meters can be used to objective indicators to predict the prognosis of endometrial adenocarci- noma。... |
