Efefects Of Glehnia Littora-lis Fr. Schmidt Ex Miq. On The Subset Of T Lymphoycte Of Cyclophosphamide Treated Mice

In recent times ,the disease, nutrition and background factor often cause varying degrees of immune suppression to mass breeding of poultry and domestic animals in our country.It is necessary to return to normal immune function of these animals with immunological adjuster. In this research, immune suppression mode of mice were set up with cyclophosphamide . Part of immune function of immune suppression mice was recoverd by the extract of Glehnia littora-lis Fr. Schmidt ex Miq.The results showed that severe immunosuppression would appear after 6 day intraperitoneal injection in the dose of 20mg/(kg·d) CTX or after 3 day intraperitoneal injection in the dose of 80mg/(kg·d) CTX. Immune suppression mode of mice were built with the C57BL/6J mice which were treated with cyclophosphamide. The study showed that 6 day intraperitoneal injection in the dose of 20mg/(kg·d) CTX, 3 day intraperitoneal injection in the dose of 80mg/(kg·d) CTX, 5 day intraperitoneal injection in the dose of 80mg/(kg·d) CTX, 5 day intraperitoneal injection in the dose of 100mg/(kg·d) CTX, and alternate days intraperitoneal injection in the dose of 100mg/(kg·d) CTX for 3 times would all built the immune suppression mode of mice. We injected immune suppression mice with supercritical extract of Glehnia littora-lis Fr. Schmidt ex Miq.The effect of immune suppression to the total number of T lymphocytes and T lymphocyte subsets were examed by FCM. The study showed that both of the low dose and the high dose of the extract of Glehnia littora-lis Fr. Schmidt ex Miq. could increase the proportion of CD3 +T,CD3+CD4+T,CD3+CD8+ T in peripheral blood of immune suppression mice. and the low dose could increase the proportion more clearly than the high dose did. The extract of Glehnia littora-lis Fr. Schmidt ex Miq. had influence on CD3~+CD4~+T/CD3~+CD8~+ T. The differences with normal control were statistically significant when in low concentration(P<0.05),and the differences with immune suppression group were not statistically significant when in high concentration(P>0.05).
