Clinical Research Of Old Ectopic Pregnancy With Huayuxiaozheng Tang Enema

Objective:The subject aimed to investigate Huayuxiaozheng Tang for treatment of old ectopic pregnancy clinical efficacy and safety, and to explore the mechanism of the Huayuxiaozheng Tang's enema.Methods:60 cases of ectopic pregnancy after conservative treatment, the residual pelvic mass were randomly divided into stasis Huayuxiaozheng Tang Decoction enema group (treatment group) and proprietary Guizhifulingwan group (control group) 30 cases, two groups of age, mass, diameter, fluid depth, no significant difference by statistical analysis (P> 0.05). Treatment group to eliminate disease Huayuxiaozheng Tang decoction enema, the control group Guizhifulingwan oral,7 days a course of treatment, required treatment cured after 1 course of treatment to continue for the next course of treatment, continuous observation of 3 courses. Mass size were observed before and after treatment, fluid depth and changes of blood rheology and course of medication, adverse reactions, to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety. Results:The cure rate of treatment group was 73.33%, total effective rate was 96.67%,The cure rate of the control group was 43.33%, total effective rate was 90.00%, significantly different between the two groups, the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05). Treatment of 7 days,14 days,21 days after the mass diameter than the comparison group was significantly different (P<0.05). Fluid depth of 7 days after treatment between the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05). Treatment for 14 days,21 days after the fluid depth, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). After treatment, blood rheology were improved (P<0.01), treatment group, low-shear whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit than the control group improved more significantly (P<0.05 or 0.01), indicating that the treatment group improve the role of hemorheology than the control group. During the drug treatment group No adverse reaction, the control group 7 cases occurred in the stomach in the third course of discomfort, dull pain, suggesting that stasis Xiaozheng Decoction enema for treatment of old ectopic pregnancy is relatively safe.Conclusions:Huayu Xiaozheng soup retention enema is an effective method for treatment of old ectopic pregnancy, in the release adhesive tissue, and promote the absorption of pelvic fluid and hematoma, the effect is better than the control group. Worthy of clinical use.
