| Objective:To observe the curative effect of the combination of the Huanggui enema and mifepristone in the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome of unruptured ectopic pregnancy,such as treatment effect, vaginal bleeding time, pain disappearing time, the attachment area mass absorption time, the blood P-HCG negative time and adverse reaction, to analyse the efficacy of Huanggui enema combined with oral mifepristone for conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy retention enema.And then to provide clinical basis for favorable pregnancy of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine combined with the conservative treatment of ectopic.Methods:On this experiment, there were 60 cases. They were all selected from January 2014 to January 2016 in Rugao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine gynecology whose TCM syndrome differentiation were qi stagnation and blood stasis with ectopic pregnancy.60 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups:(1) the treatment group of 30 cases were treated with Huanggui enema retention enema combined with oral mifepristone conservative treatment; (2) the control group of 30 cases were treated conservatively with a simple oral mifepristone. To observe the clinical curative effects of 2 groups of patients (vaginal bleeding time, abdominal pain disappeared time, adnexal mass absorption time, the blood ?-HCG negative time), safety problems and adverse reactions during treatment.Results:(1) Comparison of comprehensive curative effect:30 patients in the treatment group,12 cases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective, the total efficiency was 96.67%.30 patients in the control group,7 cases were cured, 6 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective, the total efficiency was 80%. The difference between two groups was statistically significant (P< 0.05), (2) Comparison of curative effect of TCM syndromes:30 patients in the treatment group,13 cases were cured,16 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective, the total efficiency was 96.7%. 30 patients in the control group,8 cases were cured,14 cases were effective,8 cases were ineffective, the total efficiency was 73.3%. Comparing the curative effect of TCM syndrome between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). TCM syndrome score comparison, the TCM syndrome score of treatment group after treatment was 11.53±2.27, the control group was 6.57±3.23, after statistical test, there were significant differences between the two groups (P< 0.05). (3) Comparison of related clinical indicators of two groups:the adnexal mass absorption time of treatment group was (29.12±10.63) days, vaginal bleeding time was (5.43±2.94) days, ?-HCG negative time was (16.03+4.24) days, abdominal pain disappeared time was (5.67±1.90) days.Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). (4) Safety comparison:the observation found that there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions in treatment group compared with the control group. It was not statistically significant. (P> 0.05)Conclusion:The effect of combination of Huanggui enema and mifepristone in the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy was significantly better than that of mifepristone alone, with less adverse reaction and safety. It is worth popularizing and applying. |
