Objective:To eliminate interference Mieyou-tang gastritis Helicobacter pylori infection in mice, detection of gastric mucosa in NF-κB, IκBα, and IKK(3 protein expression, and explore the secluded eradication treatment of Helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis (HAG), the possible mechanism for expanding the clinical application of eradication of Mieyou-tang provide experimental support.Methods:H. pylori bacilli fed animal model was established by HAG, will the success of modeling mice were randomly divided into model group, Livzon triple therapy group (Franc Sidel, metronidazole, Mo Xilin), Sanjiu Wei-tai group and Mieyou-tang group. Continuous medication for 2 weeks. HE staining to observe the pathological changes of gastric tissue in mice. Observed by immunohistochemical staining gastric mucosa NF-κB, IKKβ, and IκBαprotein expression. Results:The gastric mucosa NF-κB and IKKβprotein expression in mice was significantly higher than the normal group (p<0.05), model group IκBa protein expression decreased significantly compared with the normal group (p<0.05). Mieyou-tang eliminate HAG mice can improve the general status and inflammatory response. HAG mice in inhibiting NF-κB in gastric tissue and IKKβ, IκBαprotein expression in each treatment group and model group were significantly different (p<0.05), Mieyou-tang group was better than Sanjiu Weitai group (p<0.05) with Livzon triple therapy group compared with no significant difference (p> 0.05).Conclusion:The eradication of Mieyou-tang group can effectively relieve gastric mucosal inflammatory response in mice HAG, can reduce the level of IκBαphosphorylation, inhibit gastric mucosa in model group tissue NF-κB, IKKβexpression, to play its therapeutic effect.
