They were Analysised of non-invasive diagnosis of liver fibrosis index and the relevance of the results of liver pathology. (2)Randomized,paralleled control led trial was conducted on 46 patients with liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B,They were randomly divided into two groups Of each group of 23.Observation:Routine blood test, liver function and serological indexes(HA,LN,P-III-P,IV-C)were determined at0,12th,24th week;At the same time, we Comparative efficacy of two treatment group through to Analysis non-invasive diagnosis of liver fibrosis's points.Results:1.Compare the relevance of non-invasive diagnosis of liver fibrosis's points and Pathological staging liver tissue:In patients with different Pathological staging liver tissue stages, the different points of FibroIndex has Significant.the points of FibroIndex and Pathological staging liver tissue have good positive linear correlation.(r=0.753,p≤0.05).2.Compare the points of Signs and symptoms between the two groups:We have come to between the two groups have no statistically significant difference.(p>0.05).3.the points of Fibrolndex were observed at 0.12 th,24th,The degree of liver fibrosis in patients with both groups were improved.the two groups have no statistically significant difference.(p>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Fibrolndex has a higher sensitivity and accuracy in initial diagnosis of severe liver fibrosis and has certain advantages in distinguish between moderate and severe liver fibrosis.(2)Bielong Ruangan capsule has a certain effect in improving the liver function and Anti-liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B.
