| Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Ruangan-â… (RG-â… )treating hepatic fibrosis induced by type B hepatitis patients.Methods:60 cases of patients with stagnation of liver-QI and deficiency of the spleen type of hepatic fibrosis are randomly divided into two groups,each 30,one for treatment group and the other for control group.The patients of treatment group are treated by RG-â… ,and those of the other group are treated by compound recipe BJRG pill for three months.Results:The treating group shows that patients' clinical symptoms and physical signs can be improved more effectively by RG-â… ,and has better effect than that of the control group(P＜0.05).To compare the physical examination results,we can find that the treating group has better effect than the control group(P＜0.05).The examinations of Hepatic function cue us the treating group has better effect than the control group(P＜0.05).The indexes of hepatic fibrosis of the treating group are improved better than that of control group.The ratio of distinct clinical curative effect of the treating group is 93.33%,while the control group is 73.33%.There is distinct difference between the two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusions:RG-â… is effective on treating hepatic fibrosis induced by type B hepatitis with stagnation of liver-QI and deficiency of the spleen.It can obviously protect liver,reduce ALT,improve the degradation process of the collagenous fibers,obviously improve the liver function and decrease the hepatic collagen level.It shows that RG-I is beneficial in decreasing the inflammation in hepatocytes and promoting the regeneration of hepatic cellular and the degeneration of fibrosis tissues.It is the personalization of determination of treatment based on pathogenesis obtained through differentiation of symptoms and signs and following the prognosis of a disease from traditional Chinese medical science.On the basis of this,we can treat hepatic fibrosis by the traditional Chinese medical science much better.
