Objective: To observe the impact of acupunture combined rehaibilitation to spleen index,IL-2,IL-4,T lymphocyte subsets of immunosuppressive rat model.Method: To divided 40 healthy SD rats (male,weight 200-250g) into 5 groups randomly : normal group (NG) , model group(MG) , acupunture group(AG) , rehabilatation group(RG) , acupunture combine rehabilitation group(ARG),each with 8 rats. Treat each group by acupunture or rehabilitation except the model group,once per day,10 days later,took the spleen and the blood serum of the rats. Caculate the spleen index. Use radioimmunoassay and malondialdehydein(MDA) technique to test the contents of IL-2,IL-4 of each group. Test contents of T lymphocyte subsets.Result: Compared with the MG,the RG and ARG can increase the spleen index of rats with great significant difference (P<0.01) ,The AG can increase the spleen index of rats with significant difference (P<0.05). Compared with the AG,the RG work better in spleen index,acupunture combine rehabilitation work much better;Compared with the MG,the RG,AG and ARG can improve the contents of IL-2 of rats with great significant difference (P<0.01);The RG and ARG can decrease the contents of IL-4 of immunosuppressive rat with significant difference (P<0.05);After the treatment the level of CD4+TC of AG and RAG significantly increased than MG(P<0.01).Conclusion: Acupunture combine rehaibilitation treatment can increase the spleen index of immunosuppressive rats. This treatment also can increase the contents of IL-2,decrease the contents of IL-4.Improve the level of CD4+TC. Acupunture combine rehaibilitation work much better.
