The Effect Of Herbal Enema Combined Mesalazine Treatment Of UC And The Impact Of IL-6,IL-8

Purpose:Observe the effects of mesalazine retention enema combined inner heat treatment of mild to moderate distal ulcerative colitis and its effect on IL-6,IL-8 effect.Methods:This randomized,positive control of the test methods,68 cases of ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,Treatment group 32 cases,36 cases in control group,two groups of the same general treatment(Regulating Emotion,reasonable diet,Proper motion), the control group on the basis of the general treatment of Lassa hydrochloride sustained release granules with the U.S.treatment,the treatment group were based on traditional Chinese medicine enema plus,eight-week course of treatment were observed before and after treatment and IL-colonoscopy 6, IL-8 changes.Result:After treatment,two groups of Chinese medicine symptoms, serum IL-6,IL-8,colonoscopy performance were improved.Including IL-6, IL-8 in each group before and after group were significantly different(P <0.01),between the two groups after treatment,improvement of the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05);treatment group TCM symptoms and recovery with the control group was 21.9% and 3.1%(P<0.05),markedly effective rate was 40.6% and 15.6% (P<0.05),total effective rate was 87.5% and 81.3%(P>0.05) recovery rate and efficiency difference was statistically significant;treatment group and control group was 65.6% markedly effective efficacy of colonoscopy and 34.4%(P<0.05),total effective rate was 87.5% and 81.3%(P>0.05),statistically significant differences in the efficiency of significance.During the trial without adverse events and adverse reactions. Conclusion:Chinese joint mesalazine retention enema inner heat treatment of mild to moderate distal ulcerative colitis is better, can significantly improve the performance of TCM symptoms and endoscopic,and can lower serum IL-6, IL-8 levels...
