Objectives:To study the related factors of hyperuricemia, through the related index of glucolipid metabolism of Uygur to investigate the correlation between hyperuricemia and glucolipid metabolism abnormality, explore the risk factors for hyperuricemia. And discover their internal association. Methods:The 405 samples were collected from two affiliated hospitals of Xinjiang Medical University,196 hypericemia patients were selected as hyperuricemia group (male 127, female 69), and 209 healthy subjects as control group(male 135, female 74). to collect the venous blood on an empty stomach, measured and calculated the indexes including height, weight, waist circumference (WC),hip circumference(HC),blood pressure and analyze for SUA,TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C. FBG,2hBG,FINS,HbAlc.The FINS were measured with radioimmunoassy (RIA). The HOMA-IR was calculated based on FBG and FINS with the minimal model.By spot field investigation have the general condition and disease history of subjects. The statistical data were analyzed by SPSS13.0 software. Results:1) Compared to normouricemia subjects, hyperuricemia subjects had significantly greater body mass index,SBP,DBP,triglyceride, High density lipoptotein, Low density lipoptotein, fasting blood glycose, postprandial plasma glucose, HbAlc,fasting insulin, HOMA-IR (P<0.01). The releated index of glucose metabolism have significantly difference after 50 years old (P<0.01).2)The correlation analysis showed that serum uric acid have positive correlation with TG,TC,HDL,LDL,BMI,WHR(P<0.05); have positive correlation with fasting blood glycose, postprandial plasma glucose, fasting insulin, HOMA-IR and HbAlc. (P<0.01).3)The constituent ratio of hypertension, IGT, DM, hyperlipidemia and obesity in hyperuricemia have statistical significance with control group; The multiple analysis showed that the SUA levels were releated to BMI, WHR, TG, HDL-C and HOMA-IR. Conclusions:1) The uric acid level is correlated with the related index of glucose lipid metabolism. 2) Hyperuricemia is correlated with abnormal blood glucose levels and insulin resistance. hyperuricemia subjects have greater risk for higher blood pressure, diabetes and obesity.3) There may be the same foundation among hyperuricemia and other metabolic disorder. To prevent and therapia hyperuricemia need control the change of glucose, weight, and diabetes, obesity, higher blood pressure subjects need control the level of uric acid.
