Objectives:To study the related factors of hyperuricemia in Kazak populations, through the related index of glucolipid metabolism and releated cytokine to investigate the correlation between hyperuricemia and glucolipid metabolism, explore the risk factors for hyperuricemia in Kazaks. Methods:From october 2009 to october 2010,the blood samples were collected from Altay regional hospitals among the medical examination population and inpatients including 400 subjects,191 hypericemia patients were selected as hyperuricemia group (male 127,female 64), and 209 healthy subjects as control group(male 130, female 79). After measured and calculated the indexes including height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, blood pressure, waist-to-hipratio(WHR), BMI, waist-to-height ratio(WHTR) of hyperuricemia group and control group and analyze Biochemical indexes for serum uric acid(SUA),lipid-related indexes, indicators of glucose metabolism and releated cytokine. By spot field investigation had the general condition and disease history of subjects.ResuIts:1)Compared to normal-uricemia subjects, hyperuricemia subjects had significantly greater SUA,BNU,CREA,TG,HDL-C,SBP, DBP,weight, waist circumference, hip circumference,BMI,WHR,WHTR,FBG,FINSand HOMA-IR(P<0.05).There are different degree of lipometabolism disorder at different ages excluding≤30 ages, the ages of 31-40 was most significant among them. The releated index of glucose metabolism and general data have significantly difference between two groups in31-40 and 41-50 years old (P<0.05).2)The correlation analysis showed that serum uric acid have positive correlation with SBP,DBP,weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, BMI,WHR,WHTR(P<0.05); have positive correlation with TG,HDL-C in lipometabolism index and have positive correlation with HOMA-IR(P<0.05) in glycometabolism index. The multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the SUA levels were releated to WHR, TG, BUN,CREA.3) The indexes,Adiponectin were increased and Resistin had decreased trend between hyperuricemia and the control. There are positive correlation on Adiponectin with SUA,FINS and HOMA-IR and negative correlation on Resistin with SUA(P<0.01). Conclusions: 1) The uric acid level of Kazaks is correlated with glucolipid metabolism and the related index of body fat.2) Hyperuricemia in patients of Kazaks presence with multiple abnormal glucose metabolism, lipid metabolism and insulin resistance, there may be the same foundation among hyperuricemia, obesity and metabolic disorder.3) Adiponectin and Resistin are probably participate with pathogenesis of hyperuricemia and insulin resistance and correlated with some composition of metabolism syndrome.
