Objective: Understanding of general hospital nursing burnout levels in Wenzhou and to explore the impact of nursing burnout factor, initially proposed the organization of burnout interventions.Methods:Stratified random cluster sampling method, in March 2010 June 2010 4 levels of General Hospital 557 nurses were self-administered questionnaire in Wenzhou. The questionnaire includes:①general information questionnaire to collect basic information for nurses;②Markov scale evaluation of interpersonal nurse burnout and burnout level;③and job burnout may be relevant factors. Database design and use of Excel2003 for data entry, SAS 9.2 for data management and analysis, R2.11.1 graphics package, single factor analysis of variance comparing burnout scores among groups and multiple Logistic regression analysis, generalized linear model analysis and job burnout the relationship between various factors, all tests were two-sided test, P≤0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results: 1. Three general hospitals in Wenzhou degree of burnout nurses (60.73±16.18) was above the average level of emotional exhaustion of which (25.86±7. 74) a moderate level of depersonalization (14.57±5.84) and reduced personal accomplishment (20.30±6.56) at a severe level. 2. Nurse burnout different characteristics of different groups of 6-10-year age group of nurses nursing burnout highest (P <0. 05); operating room nurses in terms of emotional exhaustion than ICU nurses, and other departments, the difference statistically significant (P <0.05), ICU nurses in the personal sense of achievement scores than other sections of nurses (P <0.05); care division titles than the other titles of staff nurses and severe occupational burnout rate (P < 0.05); worse physical health status, higher levels of job burnout, negative correlation (r =- 0.211, P <0.01). 3. Components of occupational stress and occupational burnout: professional tasks and emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, reduced personal accomplishment Spearman correlation coefficients were 0.248,0.350,0.352, were significantly correlated (P <0.01); personal and emotional stress response exhaustion, depersonalization, reduced sense of personal achievement Spearman correlation coefficients were 0.326,0.274,0.365, were significantly correlated (P <0.05); and personal adaptability and not related to job burnout.Conclusion: Three general hospitals in Wenzhou Vocational nurses were above the average level of burnout, in which a moderate level of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal accomplishment at severely reduced levels of the degree. 6 to 10 age group care, operating room, ICU, Nurse title, poor physical health of nurses is the focus of burnout intervention object. The intervention of burnout of nurses to improve nursing work environment from the start; improve management, improve the management system, the implementation of human management; appropriate increase in nurses for a reasonable allocation of staff, appropriate to reduce the intensity of the work; develop nurse-patient interaction mode; strengthening the nursing profession and psychological adjustment ability, enhance adaptive capacity and mastery of skills to cope with stress; to provide further education and re-education opportunities to help balance work and family needs and other measures.
