Nowadays,the health reform in our country is carrying on, approaching the generalpractitioners'problem of job burnout will have an important significance for theexploitation of the human resource in the hospitals,the quality of the health service andthe sustainable development of the public health.The thesis aims to present the currentsituation of occupational burnout among GPs,explore its correlates on demography,workenvironment and organization.692 GPs were investigated by Chinese Maslach BurnoutInventory,Job Demands and Decision Latitude,Distributive and Procedural Justice,Cross-Cultural Role Conflict,Ambiguity,and Overload,Work Interference with Family andFamily Interference with Work,Social support,simple coping style questionnaire andEysenek Personality Questionnaire-Revised,Short Scale for Chinese(EPQ—RSC).At thesame time,their demographics and work environment factors were also collected.The results show that the state of bumout among GPs is comparatively serious,36.7% doctors experience mild burnout,33.2% moderate bumout,and 3.3% severeburnout;50.9% subjects are suffering Reduced Personal Accomplishment (RPA),47.8%Depersonalization(Dp),14.5% Emotional Exhaustion(EE).There are significant differencesof the burnout on region, sex,age,professional title and career time.Work interferencewith family,neuroticism,workload can significantly predict doctors'EE.Professionaltitle,role ambiguity,family interference with work,negative coping style can significantlypredict doctors'Dp.Psychoticism,role ambiguity can significantly predict doctors'RPA.By analyzing the influential factors,we give some suggestions on preventing andinterfering doctors'burnout from individual and organizational directions....
