The Identified Research Of Three Cultivars Of Flos Lonicerae Japonicae Of The Famous-region Chinese Materia Medica In Shandong Province

Objective:The aim of this paper was to provide scientific data for the quality standard of Shandong provincial Flos Lonicerae japonicae,three cultivars of its were studied on original,macroscopical and microscopical identifica-tion;on HPLC fingerprint atlas and RAPD fingerprint atlas.Methods:The identified characteristic of the three cultivars were obtained by Chinese Materia Medica original,macroscopical and microscopical identifi-cation, HPLC and RAPD atlas.Results:Original,macroscopical and microscopical identification of three cultivars of Shandong provincial Flos Lonicerae japonicae were identified.HPLC fingerprint showed:there was 82.4% similarity between Jizhuahua cultivar and Sijihua cultivar; 77.4% similarity between Maohua cultivar and Sijihua cultivar; 55.5% similarity between Maohua cultivar and Jizhuahua cultivar. The contents of Chlorogenic acid and luteolin-7-β-D-glucoside were analysed by HPLC, the results are (Maohua cultivar)> (Sijihua cultivar)> (Jizhuahua cultivar).Biological fingerprint showed:primer SBSD06,SBSB19 generated distinct fingerprinting patterns that could distinguish each of the three lines.The dendogram reflected that three F.lonicerae japonicae lines clustered into two groups, Sijihua cultivar and Jizhuahua cultivar were clustered into one group.Conclusion:It had a positive seek for deep research on the Flos Lonicerae japonicae cultivars and provided scientific data base for establishing quality standard of Shandong provincial Flos Lonicerae japonicae cultivars.
