| The thesis give a preliminary study and explore on Duanxueliu dispersible tablet.The extraction technology of Duanxueliu was screened by the orthogonal test with L9 (34) which the output of the Buddlejasaponinsâ…£Vb and the rate of extractum were regarded as the examine targets and the influence of three factors in the extraction of effective substance. To select the best macroporous resin and setup the method for purification of Buddlejasaponinsâ…£b, the adsorption ratio, reservation rate, and purity were compared.Taking uniform dispersion, tablet weight difference and fragility as the indicators, we chosed the accessories and got the reasonable optimization in Duanxueliu dispersible tablet with ending the study on the granulation method, there asonably practicable preparation process of Duanxueliu dispersible tablet was established by determining the quantitative of Buddlejasaponinsâ…£b as quantitative indicators, we developed the determination of Duanxueliu dispersible tablets by HPLC. The quality standard were proved Duanxueliu dispersible tablet have good stability through determine content of sample by accelation stability and long-term stability experiment.The pharmacodynamics study of Duanxueliu dispersible tablet showed it has good analgesic and anti-inflammatory roles and have minimal toxicity through experiment.
