| Objective:In this subject it was used as a method for slow transit constipation that plaster application of Acupuncture Ziwuliuzhu, with the purpose of proving the validity, security and propagability of plaster application, getting a sort of effective, immediate, innocuous, and propagable means for constipation by forward looking randomly control test research.Methods:60 example adult chronic functionality constipation patients are divided stochastically into the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group 30 examples use Acupuncture Ziwuliuzhu treatment.The control group 30 examples ues Forlax, after 4 treatment courses stops the medicine around, we can observe that two groups'main situations symptom, concomitance symptom, curative effect and recurrence rate and so on.Results:Comparison of the total efficiency of the two groups there is no significant difference (P>0.05); the treatment of one weeks later, two groups of symptom score compared the treatment group than the control group, there was no significant difference (P>0.05), treatment 4 weeks later, the two groups symptom score compared a significant difference (P<0.05); time interval at defecation, abdominal pain of the experimental group than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05), the nature of symptoms and bloating symptoms improvement in faecal improvement in test group than the control group, the difference was no significant (P>0.05); two groups of cured and markedly effective in patients with three month follow-up, experimental group recurrence rate was 13.6%, significantly lower than the control group 21.1%, the statistical test with significant difference (P<0.05); Safety Observation indicators, the two groups of patients during treatment were not significant adverse reactions.Conclusion:Acupuncture Ziwuliuzhu, using the time medical philosophy,and it has the advantage of high cure rate, low racurrence rate and no side effe.ct. |
