| Objective:To evaluation thyroid fine needle aspiration biopsy value of clinical application, Explore clinical value of fine needle aspiration biopsy cytology (FNAC) in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of thyroid diseaseMethods:99 cases were retrospectively analyzed (among them 83 cases were diagnosed as Thyroid solid nodules and Thyroid cystic-solid nodules; 16 cases were diagnosed as Pure cystic nodule), Comparative analysis their clinical data and cytology diagnosis. The Clinical data includes Thyroid function test and Thyroid autoantibody detection and Thyroid ultrasound; Cytology diagnosis is divided into four categories:undiagnosed, benign, Suspicious malignant and malignant.Results:Of 99 cases,15.7% were undiagnosed,75.9% were diagnosed as benign,3.6% were suspicious, and 4.8% were malignant. Hashimoto's thyroiditis is in the first place of benign, with a total of 52 cases, accounting for 62.7% of benign lesions; Multinodular is in the first place of Thyroid solid nodules and Thyroid cystic-solid nodules, with a total of 62 cases (74.7%), the second is Single nodules, with a total of 21 cases (25.3%). Among 83 cases with ultrasound nodules,30 cases were solid nodules (36.1%),53 cases were cystic-solid nodules (63.9%).67 cases of solid and cystic-solid nodules were diagnosed accurately, successful diagnose rate is 80.7%. Diagnose accordance rate of FNBA and postoperative histopathological examination is 86.4%.4 cases diagnosed as malignant, postoperative histopathological examination Proved to be thyroid cancer, diagnose accuracy rate is 100%.Conclusion:1. Cystic degeneration can be seen in Thyroid benign or malignant nodules, and need evaluated carefully and follow-up to avert cancerous.2. FNA is a very reliable diagnostic method for the evaluation of thyroid diseases, has important clinical value in Thyroid disease diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Patients with thyroid nodule Should be inspected by FNA timely.
