Study On Quality Standard Improving Of Tianma Zhuanggu Wan

Tianma Zhuanggu Wan was preparated by Rhizoma Gastrodiae, Radix Angelicae Pubescentis and other twenty kinds of traditional Chinese herbal medicines, it's mainly Clinical application as follows: dispel rheumatism, promoting blood circulation for removing obstruction in collaterals, nourishing liver and kidney, enhance waist and knees, migraine, dizziness, soreness and weakness of waist and knees, limbs numbness.This is a project of quality standard improving research on Tianma Zhuanggu wan, we maturited the quality control measures of Tianma Zhuanggu wan.According to the formulation, seventy kinds of traditional Chinese herbal medicines were preparated as crude drugs,using microscopical identification to identify those drugs,based on lot of experiment and observation , we add Cornu Cervi elaphi parvum andIncised Notopterygium microscopical identification to the quality standard.At the same time we did some validation experiment on the original quality standard, improving the developing solvent system of Osthole, we still do research on the other eleven traditional Chinese herbal medicines in the drug via thin layer chromatography,as a result we established six kinds strong specificity and negative no interference herbals thin layer chromatography identification methods.The content of Gastrodin in Tianma Zhuanggu Wan were determinated by HPLC,the analysis was carried out on Diamonsil(diamond)C18 column(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);mobile phase A was acetonitrile-0.1%phosphonic acid, mobile phase B was 0.1% phosphonic acid with flow rate of 1.0 mL/min gradient elution, detection wave length was 220nm. We finally determined that Gastrodin(C₁₃ H₁₈ O₇) should not be less than 45μg per grams of Tianma Zhuanggu Wan. We also determinated Aristolochic acidâ… in three batch samples by HPLC, the Aristolochic acidâ… was not detected, therefore the determination of Aristolochic acidâ… were not included in quality standart.
