Objective:To observe the change of ST potential and detect the effect of Electro—acupuncture at Neiguan Point on the content of platelet membrane glycoprotein (GMP-140) and platelet activating factor (PAF) in the rabbits'with Acute Myocardial Ischemia.Methods:32 big ear rabbits of Japan were selected. They were divided into four groups randomly:control group, sham operation group, model group and model EA group (abbreviated EA group). Control group were not provided treatment Sham operation group were only opened breast to expose heart and did not ligated but to cut through a thread. Model group were made by ligation of the left anterior descending coronary antery producing acute myocardial ischemia EA group,to confirm the success of the models by observed the change of the rabbits'ST potential of ECQ accepted the methods of Electro—acupuncture at Neiguan Point. The rabbits'bloods were collected at 30min after the model was made. Then, we detect the content of GMP-140 and PAF and undertake statistical analysis.Results:1. There is no significant difference between each group's ST potential before the models were made. The rabbits'ST potential of the sham operation group increased, but compared with control group, there was no statistically significant (p>0.05) This showed:compared with the control group, the sham operation group had no obvious effect on ST potential.The model group's ST potential increased obviously, and compared with sham operation group and control group, there was significant difference (p<0.01). This showed that the AMI models were made succeeded. The EA group's ST potential was obviously higher than sham operation group's and control group's at 30min after the model was made (p<0.05 or p<0.01), but lower than model group's (p<0.05).2.There was a little change in the content of GMP-140 and PAF in sham operation groups rabbits' blood plasma,but compaired with control group,there was no significant diffrence(p>0.05).3.The content of GMP-140 and PAF in model group was higher than sham operation group and control grop at 30min after the model was made (p<0.01)4.The content of GMP-140 and PAF in EA group was lower than model group at 30min after the model was made (p<0.05),Compared with sham operation group and control group,the content of GMP-140 and PAF in EA was no significant defference (p<0.05), and they approached to nomal values.Conclusion:The method of electro-acupauncturing at Neiguan point can reduce the content of GMP-140 and PAF in blood serum, and adjust the function of platelet activity, to improve the pathological state of the blood and acute myocardial ischemian.
